550 Paracord

nice

Nice addition with caribiner for camping gear. Love having a paracord handy to use as drying line, etc.

I picked this up as a precaution for hikes and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight and compact, so it’s easy to throw in a bag without even noticing it’s there. The paracord feels durable and the carabiner makes it simple to clip onto gear for quick access. Haven’t needed it in a real situation yet, but it’s one of those items you’re glad to have just in case. Solid, no-brainer addition to any hiking setup.

I got this specifically because of the reflector claim, and it’s barely reflective at all. That aside, I’m still giving it four stars because it is an attractive color/pattern, and it is high-quality paracord. The carabiner is keychain-quality, don’t expect to use it for any kind of load. Still a nice throw-in. I’ll still give a qualified recommendation, but only if you like the color and need quality paracord and not necessarily if you were hoping for a lot of reflective quality.

Great for camping and light tie downs , good quality and bright color very functional would buy again.

I use this paracord for knot practice and for some real world applications like tethering boxes together that I cycle down to the local shipper, etc. Comes in handy for carrying bottles and whatnot. REALLY strong static strength as well.

This 550 Paracord has a bit of a rough texture which I generally find preferable for tying knots but, it is harder to pull or push through various fastening points or through a fabric sleeve in a tent. It works really well cut into lengths for guy lines for a tent or camping tarp because they will show up in any light that hits the reflective threads woven into it. At $15 for 100 feet, I find it a bit expensive for what it is but, it does work well and is somewhat unique so a solid buy if you need this type of product. Otherwise, I would just get normal paracord in a vibrant color. For myself, it is working well as guy lines staking my tent or camping tarp down so it does not flutter in the wind. For my camping tarp, keeping everything taught is important to keep moisture out as any sag or flutter will fling or drip water onto my sleeping bag or my face.

product was awesome. I loved the layers inside in case I needed them. Cord was high quality and looked great. I love that it was red so people would not run into it. really held the tarp down during my last camping trip. I would buy again 100%.

Ótimo

Great paracord, exactly as described, very happy with it

ese paracord es muy resistente, le hice colgar varios objetos y aguanto el peso y se ve de buena calidad, me gusta porque es muy reflectante a la luz y se ve bien de noche.

Great! The rope is really "sticky," meaning just a couple wraps around the tree, and it was holding up 20lbs of food. However, I wrapped it around as many times as possible for good measure. You can tell this a rope made specifically for camping/bear hangs and not just any old rope with a carabener.
