All in all good product. The first one we received had a small crack where the door connected to the frame, we contacted manufacturers and returned the damaged one and received a replacement with no hassles.

This time the door doesn't move as easily as the first one we got and the door sticks up when the dogs go outside

I finally had to replae my pet door. I wanted the exact same door and found this one. I like the clear hard plastic door flap. It holds up against the wind and cold much better than the soft flaps. Between the cold, kids and heavy usage mine broke after 5 years. I am happy to replace it with the same one. Everything will break sooner or later.

This was very difficult to install. I have purchased 2 piece doors that are basic installation. Finally got it in and it works.

Works great! My dog uses it multiple times per day, eagerly checking on things happening on each side of the door. Makes life better for us and her, as she's able to let herself in and out as needed. Easy to install. We installed on an interior bedroom door to allow my dog to go in and out so she could get up in the morning with my dad without waking me up to get out or having him open the door. Since it was a hollow door, we taped over the hollow edge with white duct tape before we put the frame on each side. This worked perfectly to provide a solid edge so when the door flaps open, you don't see into the hollow door.

I bought this for my obese cat because no way was she fitting her lard butt through a 7-inch cat door, and I want the option to close the laundry room door if I have company. My cat clearly isn't the brightest light in the harbor because she struggles with the whole concept of a pet door, but she eventually figures it out. And I did mean that in the present tense, because every single time she tries to use it we go through the same comedy routine. The locking panel is great too, for episodes where she needs to be quarantined.

We liked the size of the door opening but sad to say we’ve had it less than a year and the plastic flap broke. We have tried to find out how we can get a replacement to no avail. Apparently the flap can’t handle cold weather.

- Nothing fits right.The template doesn’t fit the actual door to make it opening.The inside door panel also don’t fit. Had to cut them to fit.
