We received this watch on Sunday along with the Metro PCS Sim card that I purchased for the watch. I was hoping that the Metro sim card would work out because that is the phone service we use. I will be returning the card. The card will work but Metro is unwilling to activate it in the watch. I know it will work because they recently had a promotion for bringing your own tablet and activating with the Sim card but the promotion has ended. I probably should have tried the Speedtalk card first instead. 9Tong does say that MVNOs won't work but I would have given it another shot if it would have cost less over all. On Monday I took it to Tmobile and they activated it with one of their Sim cards without any problems. They simply used the same plan that they use for their Timex kids watch. It costs $20/month for unlimited talk time. The phone does not send or receive text messages. All of the features on the watch work great. The sound is loud and clear and video calls are clear. The only people who are able to video chat will be the people who have installed the SE app to their own cell phones. I am only installing on mine and my husbands phones because the app controls everything on the watch. I have not tried the waterproof feature. The GPS location works great and provides an image of where the watch is. The drop in mode where you can listen to the surroundings without the watch wearer knowing works great. It makes me feel sneaky though and I don't know how I feel about it but I'm glad to have it as an option. Setting up the watch was a breeze. I have not set up the geofencing yet. Setting up the phone contact list was simple. I love that I am able to disable the dial pad so my daughter can only call and accept calls from the people that I have pre-set in the watch contact list through the app. The only downsides to this watch are the fact that you cannot send text messages (you can send picture and video messages) and not all of the contacts will be able to make video calls unless you allow them to have access to all of the watch controls.

Thus watch not only has the games and camera kids love, but it also has the ability to call family and to gps track my child. My daughter is super excited for her new watch and it gives me piece of mind as well. Highly recommend it is great quality, plugs in easy for charging and comes with screwdriver perfect for installing SIM card. This is just what I was looking for.

I purchased this watch for my daughter and there is an air bubble under the screen. I tried to replace it twice, but both replacement watches were worse than the first one. Although, I think the watch functions are great, the quality of the watch is very disappointing.

Set up process is pretty simple. Bought it for my daughter. She is using it in Cricket network. I assume it should work with AT&T also, since Cricket uses AT&T network. No need to call network carrier or watch maker to set it up as with apple watches. We can make and accept calls, send and accept short messages, send and accept voice messages. WiFi is working. GPS is working. My friend purchased apple watch for his daughter but couldn't set it up to work separetly from his cell phone. Have spend hours on the phone with apple customer service and finally gave up. Returned apple watch and purchased this smartwatch and satisfied. Recommend.

Watch doesnt work after the first screen and no customer service even after sending them the video proof. 9tong is the same company as PTECHTUS and I bought watch for my son and daughter from both these company, Both watch are exactly same with different color and both stopped working after 3 months of use. With no customer service this is waste of money, so do not buy it and avoid this scam.

Junk! Didn’t come with instructions, it’s connected to wifi but yet on the app it won’t let me add contacts it keeps saying watch is not connected to wifi.

Got this smart watch for my niece for Christmas and she absolutely loved it. I went with this one because I know 2G will not work well soon, and this one supports 4G. We used an AT&T SIM card and it works great. We had an issue with the charger, but when I reached out to the seller, I got immediate response and they wanted to make it right by sending us a replacement. I appreciate it.

After ordering 4 different watches and trying to get them up and running I found one! This watch was able to tell time in normal time (not military time only like some of the others). It also tracks her steps which she loves and it allows me to shut it down while in school. There are a few things I wish it did better but overall I love it and so does my daughter.

I did have some issues with the camera so I contact the seller and they where ready to help me with my issue right away.

This is a great product. I researched many smart watches and this is the one I decided to get. Very happy with the quality, very easy to set up, and great customer service when I had any questions, they responded very fast.
