Love these mats. Have given them as gifts...perfect because a lot of people don’t own them. They actually work for pain relief. I even stand on mine just to hit foot pressure points that relieve pain in the body. Sounds like bs but it seriously works!

I've used the mat a few times already and it seems to relax me when I'm on it.

I have become a true believer if this mat with neck pillow. Last week, I slept wrong and woke up not being able to turn my head to either side. This in turn promoted such a strong, stabbing headache to come on, I was in tears. Every part of my head butted and it felt like it was splitting apart. After I got done with work, I put some meditation music on and laid on this mat with making sure that the neck pillow was nicely placed within the curve of my mat. I just focused on the physical experience of the little pressure points of the pillow on my neck. After laying completely still for 30 minutes, I got up and my neck was fully functioning again and the headache was completely gone. I can only recommend this product.

My kids use the DEFUNX acupressure mat to wide down at the end of the day. It helps reduce tension and anxiety while reading or watching tv. It's a very helpful product at a great price. We definitely notice a reduction in stress/anxiety/tension after use. Recommend
