Bought for my daughter who will be celebrating Christmas in her own house for the first time. The box states quite clearly for indoor use only. Luckily that is her intention. Simple but effective construction.

Much smaller than they seem
Not a big as what the picture made me believe. Also the small round battery was quite fiddly needed help to put it in. But does give nice light, however I'm unsure where to purchase replacement battery.

Hardly for outdoors, its TINY!!!
NOT for outdoors!!!! This lantern can fit on your hand, the description and size in the picture are very misleading, however if you want something very cute to hang on your tree, this is it. I'm not disappointed with it as it is very pretty and it will fit beautifully on my tree

Not outdoor lights
These are about 3inches and are battery powered. I don't think you could use them outside as they would blow away. They are cute but I would not buy them again.
