I use this product on my lower back. Due to a herniated disk and spondylolisthesis, the inflammation around the nerves is a daily experience. I am in physical therapy but that only adds to the pain. Using this cold pack is a life saver. It reduces the swelling which reduces some of the pain. I'm thinking of buying a 2nd one so I can do hot and cold. Thank you for your product!
