Is it non-chlorinated ?

The green one it is non - chlorinated . This item in the CRC store on Amazon costs ~$5. Don't buy anything from JBTools. He only re-lists items from different stores and put higher prices, also does not fulfill its duties as a seller and does not send you the goods you bought! I Had a Bad experience with this "re- seller".

Why would you buy this one vs the regular red cans? What is the point of being chroline free?

The red one is carcinogenic. Non-chlorinated reduces that risk.
