The product just arrived and I transferred it into glass containers. And it fit very well in two thirty two ounce juice jars. I have yet to utilize it but I did taste a little bit of the powder residue that was in the funnel and it is very delicious.I would say this is the best new traditionally used.I have ever tasted. But here's how I know it really is fabulous, my cats licked the bag!! I found them in the recycles haaahaaa...I sprinkled some on their afternoon kibble & they licked the bowl. For the size of the bag and the price point with the quality. I believe I just became a long time customer! The bonus for me is, I don't have to take the train into Manhattan to go purchase 2 small bags of lesser quality.

Mild flavor, consistently sized, clump-free flakes. More flakes than fine dust, pleasant aroma. This hits all the boxes. While nootch will never really be a replacement for actual Parmesan cheese, or any cheese for that matter, it is a fantastic way to add some subtle umami flavor while increasing your fiber, protein, and b-vitamins. It's an essential ingredient in some salad dressings, my family loves it in savory compound butter - and good grief, one of the ultra-expensive trendy, high end omnivore restaurants here in town now mentions it on the menu as a key ingredient in one of it's frou-frou appetizers. Grab this brand while it remains a reasonable deal.

I've gotten nooch in the past that legit smells and looks like fish food, so every meal I'd put it in would taste that way and I thought I HATED nutritional yeast. I suffered through, and all those same dishes lacked flavor so I bought this one and OMG it's SO GOOD. It's not thick, but will ADD thickness to any dish you use it in. The protein content is wonderful, it makes foods taste flavordul without being salty. The color is typical. Seriously, if you thought you hates nutritional yeast before, buy this? It's like Frank's, I throw that s*** in everything.

I tried other brands, but this Frontier Co-op nutritional yeast is very much my favorite. Their price is competitive, the yeast is cultured on sugarcane and beet molasses (good sources of micronutrients), and the flavor is superior. It is unique, but as they say, it is cheesy-good and packed with umami. I think they take pride in their high quality products, the people who make this in Estonia.

We like this yeast a lot. It had good flavor and texture. It isn’t my favorite flavor that I’ve ever had, but I like it enough to keep buying it and it’s a good price.

I’m so happy I found this. Texture and flavor are exactly the same I said very well-known brand that is super expensive. Big bag and a very affordable price. I’m obsessed. I use it all the time pretty much in every meal.

Excellent product, great quality at a great price, and the resealable pouch reseals easily. I've used this in many ways, especially with non-dairy cheese, but you'd be surprised how good this is on popcorn!

We love this nooch. It’s less than half the price than it is at our local grocery store. For us two nooch-loving vegans, it lasts about 6 months.

I sent this to my brother in Thailand for his birthday as he is a vegan and can't get it there. He was over the moon and says ther e are so many recipes he can do now he has this.

Zu fein (wie Mehl) und ohne den käsigen Geruch, riecht und schmeckt chemisch, auch im Essen. Bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Produkt, dann doch lieber im Bioladen kaufen.

It's a great product. I take this as a healthy supplement for B vitamins and I was looking for a product that was not fortified with synthetic B vitamins. Also, use it in my soups for a nutty and cheesy flavor that it imparts.I am certainly going to recommend this product to others looking for a similar product.

Making comments in rating mandatory is a waste of my time....when products are good and as advertised.

The quantity is good. Tastes fine. Is this fortified or unfortified yeast? The product description says vitamins added after fermentation. Reviews say unfortified. Confusing. This has to be transparent.
