Works Well, but Takes a Little Time to Get Used To
I’ve used these gelatin sheets a few times for making desserts, and overall they work pretty well. They dissolve nicely when prepared correctly and give a smooth texture without changing the flavor of the dessert. I also like that the sheets are easy to portion compared with measuring gelatin powder. The only downside is that it took me a little time to figure out the right amount to use for the consistency I wanted. The instructions could be a little clearer, especially for someone who doesn’t use gelatin sheets very often. Once I got used to them, the results were consistent. Overall, they do what I need them to do and I’m happy with the results. Four stars from me.
