In reality, this is a thermos flask in the shape of a coffee pot. I am not complaining, because it does the job intended. It looks smart, keeps two mugs of coffee warm and is affordable. Prior to purchase I did my research and read all of the reviews. To pour a cup of coffee, you do have to literally tip the pot upside down. This is down to the internal design. This also prevents the last bit of coffee from pouring, so you will always be left with something in the pot when you come to wash it out. These are really minor gripes. Considering the cost of the equivalent Hario pot, this is a real steal. Plus my V60 size 02 dripper fits neatly on top. What's not to like?!

This makes a wonderful teapot for two.It keeps the tea hot when we forget we've made it .I love the popping sound it makes when you press the button to open the hole and pour .It pours gently .It's a great little pot ,so easy to use ,would highly recommend.

This has been a great addition to my kitchen since I bought it. It has been fabulous for keeping tea warm for a few good hours and with a sleek design, I think this thermos did it all for me. No need for fancy teapots.

I believe it has internal damage resulting in the heat loss. Not to mention I am not sure if that material between the layouts harmless to human.

I purchased this as I have turned off my hot water as its too expensive to run. I fill it with boiling water before going to bed and its very hot the next morning it provides enough hot water mixed with cold for washing and teeth cleaning the following morning. I refill with boiling water the following morning and leave in the bathroom for daytime and evening use. I am very pleased with the heat retention as it works so well for the purpose I purchased it for. I would have given it 5 stars but I do find lining up the close a little tricky

So this was bought in November 2023 and stopped working around January 2025. So useful for a little over a year. Great when it was working but obviously now just taking up space in my small kitchen. Would’ve been better if this worked at least for 2 years.
