Pros: This dock works very well to charge my 14 pro max, watch ultra, and airpods gen 1! It’s sturdy, sleek, and efficient. You can turn off the charging indicator light if it bothers you, but I like it because I know if my phone is lined up on the magsafe and charging correctly before I go to sleep. It will flash blue and green if it isn’t properly lined up to get your attention, and pulse blue if it’s efficiently charging the phone. Potential Cons: I did have to add a lightning extender (purchased on amazon for $17, that’s the black piece pictured in my photo) to the airpod charging dock because my airpods have a thick case on them. The extender is a convenient addition because you will no longer have to remove your case to charge them. I also find the charging portion for my phone makes it warm sometimes, but this is one of the drawbacks of fast wireless charging. My phone never gets hot, just slightly warm. It isn’t a big deal to me. Overall, I highly recommend!

Updated Review 11/3/22: The company reached out to me and provided me different options to choose from to resolve my problems. I chose to get a replacement model and try it again because I do like the compact convenience it provided. I was also still using the stand even though I knew my iPhone may or may not always charge correctly. Not only did they send out a replacement of the one I bought, they sent the upgraded model. I chose to try out the new model because the iPhone stand looked more sufficient to hold the phone throughout the night. I've been using it for a week now and my phone is charging like it should and I have a full battery in the morning. The watch and AirPods are also charging perfectly. *The newer model only works for the wireless charging AirPods. It doesn't have a plug like my original one. I would also like to point out that they tried to contact me MULTIPLE times via email. It just took me awhile before I realized who they were. That's worth noting to anyone interested in trying their products. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Charges watch and AirPods great. The iPhone doesn’t always make contact correctly, or if it does, it will shift throughout the night and lose contact and not charge. Sometimes wake up and my phone isn’t charged or is dead.

Update 3/30/23: After posting the review below, Intoval customer service reached out to me and offered to replace the defective unit with a new one. Additionally, they also offered to send a different model charger to make up for our inconvenience. I've updated the rating to 4 stars since, (a) one of the original chargers continues to work perfectly, and (b) the new ones also have been working fine. Perhaps we received a unit that had an isolated issue. Finally, the customer service regarding the initial concern and its resolution has been excellent. Considering that I never contacted them directly and they reached out based on my review, it seems clear they are committed to making sure their customers are satisfied. Previous review from January 2023 (2-star rating): I purchased two of these for our nightstands. While they did work, the units were very finicky about the placement of the phone. If the phone wasn’t centered exactly on the pad, it wouldn’t charge. We had iPhone 11 and iPhone 13’s, and both experienced this phenomenon. Apple Watch charging worked very well. It was able to charge a watch whose battery was at about 20% back to full within 45 minutes or so. As other people have noted, the lights around the base can be bright, but they can be turned off. We kept ours off all the time. Over the last few days, I began to notice that one of the chargers seemed to be starting and stopping charging my watch. The watch was charging, but it kept playing the chime, as if it was being taken on and off the charger, even though it wasn’t moving. Then the other night, the watch began a low level humming when it was on the charger. That was the final straw. It’s one year old and seems to have stopped working. The other one is going fine, for now. I’ll be replacing it with a different model.

The unit is sleek and works well. The only slight issue I had is that the platform for charging air buds is completely smooth so that the dangling strap from an Apple watch can inadvertently push the air buds case out of position and stop them from charging. But otherwise charging seems to work fine, which is the prime function.
