I have the 65 degree.I'm finding it good for short shots out of bunkers, you literally splash the sand from in front of the ball with the big bounce sole plate and the sand carries it out—Assuming you follow through with your swing, the ball will come out of the bunker. On grass, it is okay from fluffy lies and will get airborne and go high. Tight lies are more difficult. Judging distance is not easy with it and unless you hit it consistently, it may go all the way or just one third of the way to where you intended. A magic bullet, it ain't and is in my opinion, way over priced for what it is. It will get the ball high and dropping slow but not without a fair bit of practice. To be fair, I do not use the square technique as seen in the videos, I use my own stance and swing because that works best for me with the C3i. In summary, needs a lot of practice, can be good but is way over priced. God love Americans they are top notch snake oil salesmen, you have to be wary of their mad claims!

This premium sand wedge is amazing. I used to struggle hitting from bunkers but this club has ended those struggles. Just take a normal swing and you’ll get out of bunkers with ease. Very good for lob shots close to the greens too. Has taken strokes off my score and performs great.

This is my go-to wedge for all sand traps, and it’s especially useful for the “impossible” deep ones near the green. Usually can pop out in one stroke with precision. Great club!!

On a golf trip in Ireland one of my playing partners had this wedge. He’s a 3 handicap and he swears by this club. He let me hit it a few times coaching me to let club sit on the ground and trust the shaft lean and let the club work. After getting the feel for proper set up and ball position I was sold! I found a 2 clubs bundle package and received the 59 and 65 degree steel shafted wedges. I saw some other reviews that said they received a senior flex shaft. I did receive my wedges in two separate shipments so not sure what is going on there. But I am very satisfied. Now I have done some range work to get used to hitting both clubs. I have incorporated into 3 rounds of golf. Focusing on shorter shots vs seeing what happens on full shots. I see two areas where these two wedges will help you. 1- out of the sand trap both clubs were amazing in the ease of getting SHORT sided bunker shots to just pop out and land like a butterfly on the green. 2- 15-30 yards shots around the green. Tight lies and light rough are ideal. I tried a shot out of deeper rough and club went under the ball. I would recommend practicing both clubs out of the sand and tight lies in fairway or light rough. I also hit some 80% tempo “full” wedges and the 59 went a comfortable 40 yards and the 65 went about 25 yards. I trust my other wedges right now for those tweener yardages. Your mileage may vary! I cannot stress how easy it is to hit out of bunkers. And for soft delicate little trouble or flop shots inside 15yards the 65 is great. Last round I had 3 of these and loved letting the club do the work.

I bought the C3i hoping it would be a game saver as advertised. While I have had some excellent flop shots with the club, it is not a silver bullet for getting out of the sand. Also I watched the video and don’t think I can hit this club 40 yards as demonstrated. I would have to hit it hard enough to shoot a ball about 120 yards high to go that far. Not giving up on the club but you need to temper your expectations.
