Not ready to use - you'll need to trim the cone
No instructions, so it took a little while to realize that you need to carefully trim off a little at the bottom of the vinyl cone. Do so slowly and incrementally, since it's ruined if you trim too much off. The inner plastic cone should stick out just enough (see pic) that you can then place the metal tip over the end, followed by the threaded ring.
