New business owner here. The whole "lean" philosophy is probably the most complete approach to managing a business at maximum efficiency. This book breaks it down pretty well...I actually feel like I just got a years worth of business courses in less than a day. The second chapter on lean production is pure gold for managing a supply chain, from a small business to a corporate behemoth. Whether you're in one or the other, this book will definitely have a couple pieces of info in it that will have a huge impact on how you approach day to day management.

This book is a great short, one stop shop for Lean tools. The pdf reference guide that comes with the audible book is awesome to have. For the nominal price, I highly recommend for the beginner or advanced just wanting to refresh their lean knowledge.

I haven't used the tool yet. I have it, I like the concept, I'm not disappointed but I have not employed it yet.

Great book on productivity for beginners. The book clearly explains in detail what makes Lean Philosophy very practical and important to implement in your business to become more productive if you are new to the concept. The short explanation of the Six Sigma was helpful and I will be looking more into it as the author said it's a very dense concept. As someone who is starting their own business the concepts described here will help me a lot. I found this book very insightful.

If you are new to Lean or just wanting to better your Manufactoring processes, buy this book. I have 5s training in my background and this book covers and instructs Lean in a easily read and comprehensive manner. Some books can be confusing on the understanding of a betterment process, this is not one of them.

Lean is my profession but my husband has recently started taking an interest in Lean to implement in his own work, so I bought this book as a little mini-introduction for him. It is a good little book, very informative but not going into too much depth so as to overwhelm someone trying to understand the concepts.

This book gave me so much valuable and important information about Lean System and how to really use it. It was kind of difficult to understand at first, but when I read more, it started to make perfect sense. I recommend this book! It is great book for any business/company owner.
