A nice model to build over a few hours.
I received this as a Xmas gift. First off it is made of thick card rather than plastic. My overall impression is that it has been really well thought out and everything fits together perfectly. Be careful pushing the larger pieces out, take your time and you end up with a really nice model for £15 .. A few steps need careful planning, mainly the seating which is squeezed between other parts. The instructions are pretty good but some don't tell you the order to put a few of the pieces in so you have to think a bit in advance. Good fun overall and no glue or cutting required.

May take longer to put together than the original!
Received this as a Christmas present and before attempting to put it together, I looked up a bit on the history of the Colosseum. It was commissioned by Emperor Vespasian (r. 69–79 AD) in AD 72 and was completed in AD 80 under his successor and heir, Titus (r. 79–81). As for the puzzle itself, the instructions comprise both pictorial and written, with the latter only being of use to Herr and Frau Schmidt as they are written in German. So at first blush, this is likely to take longer to complete than the original and like the original, need to be completed by my son and heir.
