This is a great supplement. I've replaced taking a multivitamin with taking 3 capsules of this per day. I take one in the morning and one in the evening..I've noticed my finger nails are stronger and my skin is clearer. It has many natural occuring minerals. I would recommend giving this product a try.

Good dose compared to other brands and a good price

I mean, I took these for two months and I didn’t have any negative effects, but I don’t really know if it did anything. I guess I felt somewhat better in my health so there’s that.

Does the job

I wanted to wait a while before I wrote a review, to ensure that the benefits of taking the tablets had enough time to work. WOW, honestly have never felt better. Seem to have more energy. I used to suffer from heartburn and that's completely gone. Been taking 2 a day since February and I will continue to take them. My mum and sister have also started taking them for about a month now. My mum thinks they have worked to suppress her appetite.

I took these for general health and to get 92 of my 102 mini wraps in. I have no problem with Seamoss normally but the bladderwuck I think had a negative affect on my thyroid. It’s plain Seamoss for me.

I have been taking these seamoss and Bladderwrack capsules for three months now and I have never felt better. I’m a middle aged women and My skin feels so soft. I have a lot more energy and I feel like my joints feel more supple. I suffer from osteoarthritis and I have had no flare ups since taking these capsules

Estoy empezando con esto, noto más energía porque tiene una composición para ayudar la tiroides, es una ayuda muy buena, pero mezclo con moringa , Y otras cosas, para quien tiene hipotiroidismos vale la pena, lo que podría ser un poco más económico, pues ay que mezclar con otros suplementos , pero con él junto activa más la tiroides y quien no tienen problemas puede tomarlo solo como un súper alimento,

I received these pills ahead of time and started using them straight away. I normally use these products separately however, it is much easier to have them in a little pill and the capsules are easily swallowed. There isnt a sent which I live because bladderwrack isnt the most pleasant smelling. Must have in the cupboard.

Diese Kapseln sind der Hammer!!! Ich fühlte mich sehr schlapp und energielos. Nach 3 Wochen nach Einnehmen der Kapseln ging es mir schon viel viel besser. Ich hatte wieder Energie und Motivation. Mir ging es rundum besser. Meine Haut hat sich auch zum positiven entwickelt. Ich litt unter Akne die jetzt langsam aber sicher verschwindet. Ich kann diese Kapseln nur empfehlen!
