KETO, is Life Changing.
Great book. I lost 104 pounds on this KETO Diet. No more blood pressure medicine or cholesterol medicine. My doctor can not believe it. He says he is going to try it. He needs to lose about 30 pounds. Feeling great no more MEDS. At least try it for a month. See what happens to your body. I never count calories and I never feel hungry. I use to be hungry all the time. I never felt full. Now I can really feel it when I'm full and stop eating. Great book. Thank you Mark.

solid coverage of basics, bit out of touch
Great info for putting together a basic exercise/movement plan. Sound coverage of other basics. Diet advice is generic keto, with too many problematic plant foods. Supplement advice contains some sketchy stuff.. probiotics, fish oil, MCT. Overall the book assumes you are affluent, generally healthy, blessed with healthy family and social circle, ready for interval workouts. It is well written and organized. BTW, the title is totally misleading... should be called Four PIllars of Longevity.

Even if you think you know everything about Keto...this book is for YOU
This is a GREAT book! I've been Keto for more than 3 years and still learned so much about how to improve from this book. The focus on lifestyle which supports healthy food choices is invaluable.

Encouragement!!
I already knew a bit about the Ketogenic lifestyle, but this book was a great reminder of the importance of exercise/movement, etc. I would highly recommend this book, as Mark and Brad offer a nice program for those confused on how to get going with this lifestyle. It was nicely communicated.

Disappointing! Nothing new. Save your money.
Nothing new here. Lots of fluff and unnecessary rambling. Disappointed.

Nothing new to see here
Another New-Age Perfectionism cocktail of general information on a particular diet and lifestyle recommendations that anyone could find on the web. I gave it 2 stars instead of one only because if by some remote chance a reader had never heard of the benefits of a ketogenic diet, this would be an okay starting place, but there are many, many better specifically on how to follow the keto diet, and without all the personal triumphalism and tired pseudo-religion (Eat Rich, Live Long by Ivor Cummins, any book by Dr. Zoe Harcombe or Dr. Jason Fung--any combination of these highly recommended, much more than than Keto for Life). More helpful than this book would be to go to Dr. Peter Attia's website and sign up for his (free) newsletter. This is a harsh review only because one is sick and tired of seeing already very well-to-do, even wealthy, authors stump the same ideas again and again for what appears obviously a mere profit motive. Save your hard-earned money at the very least by investing in a better book.
