Wonderful!!!! We love these fans so much. They're super powerful, with 3 settings, and they're easy to carry from one room to another. They're a nice size and look and feel very sturdy, so they seem like they're going to last a long time. Only time will tell. The price was great for two as well. We've been trying to save money on our electricity, and this is the perfect solution versus letting it get to a certain temperature before turning the AC on. We're now always feeling cool and relaxed while enjoying the powerful air from these fans. We have one in our family room (where we spend a lot of time) and another in our bedroom. The white noise is great for sleeping. That's all we need. We're going to save a ton of money this summer while still feeling great.

4 years later, 1 still works! Heavy usage in a Houston garage. Of all I've bought every year or two, this one has lasted longest and is quietest - I can hear videos on my laptop with it right next to me. It works great, knob is not broken, but is better for big air flow on an interior. In a hot humid garage, it is more of a personal fan - set it up 5' from my workstation to blow right on me. The quiet is a trade-off with cfm, tho. If you really want airflow, I also have the 5300 cfm Hurricane Pro Heavy-Duty High Velocity Metal Blade Floor Fan w/ 3 Speeds, Black, 20" but can NOT hear the laptop videos (if they are a bit quiet) with it next to me.

These fans are a must have! It's a two-pack deal. They have three speeds. Heavy duty metal floor fan.... They are loud. That is something you would want to keep in mind, but with any metal you are going to have noise... I don't mind the noise. I actually use one every night when I go to sleep. It's great for any room. In the house or in the garage. They pack a punch and worth every penny!

I really want to give this Simple Deluxe 20" floor fan five stars, but I just can't. Nor can I stop laughing at so many errors in the descriptions here, and the included instructions. Many products from China are very good, and many are great values, but I'm still lost as to why they can't produce better descriptions and instructions for their English speaking customers. > The fan itself seems like a good product being sold at a bargain price, and it alone would get five stars from me. But the descriptions here, and the included instructions are frequently misleading, and should be corrected. > First of all, this fan does not oscillate, nor is it designed for mounting on a wall. You can adjust the air flow for any up/down angle, and you can simply turn the whole assembly left and right to direct the air flow in the desired direction. But nothing in the box is designed for, or to assist in wall mounting. It's a floor fan. Accept it. > Secondly, the overall width of the fan unit is 21.5 in., or 23 in. including the stand. The description here says 23x10x23, but I have no idea where they got the 10. The shipping box measures 23.5 x 22 x 6.75 in. I didn't see a 10 lying around anywhere! By the way, the fan alone (without the mount) measures 5.75 in. front to rear. > 35 watts or 125 watts? Which is it? Answer: Neither. Using a Kill A Watt EZ, I measured 0.88 amps/105W on low, 1.01 amps/133W on medium, and 1.2 amps/145W on high. > Material: Aluminum. Well, no, not really. The fan blade assembly is aluminum, but magnets stick to just about everything else but the rubber knobs on the sides. And those are not knobs! Barely the size of a nickle, they are not meant to overcome an 8mm steel locknut! Pull the rubber cover off, use a wrench on the locknut, and then replace the cover. But you can probably muscle the fan into the desired position without loosening the knobs. (They're not knobs!) > The description says "rotary switches" and "button controls". All I found was one, four-position rotary switch, but hey... it's a knob! I found a knob! > No assembly required? Well, it takes a little, but it takes even more if you want to completely remove the plastic wrap from the stand, because the mounting pads were screwed on OVER the plastic! (WTF?) > Indoor or outdoor, residential or commercial use? The included instructions folder says indoor only, and for commercial use only. Use a little common sense when using the fan out on your patio or driveway, and if you use it at your residence, I won't tell. > I'm still mystified about the "oil ways" mentioned at the very end of the instructions. There are some notch-like holes around the rear shell, but they're alignment tabs, and they do not lead to the motor shaft or bearings. Add oil if you want but it will just make a mess. But here's an idea: Why not use the same oil schedule you use when oiling the motors in your refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dish washer... etc.? You can even use the same oil! > Oh oh. The instructions are very clear about "DO NOT use fan in window." Oops. My bad. > My wife told me to take the spider out instead of killing him. So I took him out. Had a few drinks. Nice guy. Turns out he's a web designer.

I live in a small home that was built in the 70s. There's no central Heat and Air but i have quality units in the wall and window in my room. My home stays at 72 year round. I recently had to have my main wall unit replaced and it's a few BTUs less but way more efficient. It needed some help to circulate and i have the perfect spot for it. There is some white noise but nothing my 7.1 surround sound isn't knocking out. The fan is angled and completely circulates the air in my kitchen/living space. It's amazing that one quality shop fan can make such a big difference in the majority of my home. It's sturdy, easy to clean and mine hasn't had any issues, digs, ect. The low setting is more than enough for 5-600sqft so I'm sure in a larger space, would be very effective. I hope it lasts a long time

We have had this for many years and it is still blowing strong. After this amount of time it has gotten a bit more noisy, but we continue to use it at night. The size is perfect for night time use and it puts out a lot of air movement. Sometimes we have to aim it up because it puts out so much air. It has 3 speed settlings making it great for different temps. I strongly recommend this and I know when this one goes out I will buy another.

So fast they work so good in my house. I just love them. I ordered these. I have so many in here and I like this specific kind. They get the room code right along with air conditioner so if you want any kind of fans or your home the medals are the best and this company is the best fans now they do have turtle but I think that’ll be too loud. So I thought I would share the pictures of every last fan that I have in my house trying to keep this house cooled down for the summer for my living room the whole house they just come in handy.

Very powerful fan. Had one of those 16in standup plastic fans they sell for 20-40$ at all the major retailers. It felt like it did nothing. Caved and spent 100$ on this fan. WORTH!!! Great power. Forces air around a room. Useful if opening windows doesn't give a good breeze or if you cant open like my case. Isnt exactly AC but it actually cools you off. Even on Low its powerful. I usually use Medium if very hot or just Low to push around air in my room at night. Noise level isnt bad because the fan is "white noise" like a bathroom ceiling fan for instance. I sleep easily with this on any level because the rooms soo much cooler. Slight rattle of the metal-on-metal but goodluck having an industrial fan that is SILENT. Its not even that noticible, if you find you cannot deal with it just return it. Have had my fan now about a month and it works great, cools me off, and made me go from sweating everyday all day to literally feeling comfortable again in my home. Fan has a warranty with the company that sells it, though Amazon, that lasts 1 year after Amazons 30day ends. You have 13months incase this thing breaks to get it fixed/replaced. Amazon Customer Service said if they refuse to fix it under warranty but I am still in the year range after the first month to call Amazon and they would deal with the company and get it dealt with as well! Pretty solid deal in my books. 10/10 Recommend!
