does it cut 2" pvc pipes?

Yes. It is easier to turn the cutters while cutting 2" to prevent bending the blade.

Where can I purchase replacement blades?

Works perfectly on rubber tubing such as hydraulic line or fuel line, which is what I primarily use the cutter for. I've never tried it on PEX, but I expect it should work well on that, too.
