Samsung Galaxy Note 10, 256GB, Aura White - Fully Unlocked (Renewed)

I was afraid to order this device, due to all of the negative reviews, I read here. I noticed a lot of them were from 1 year or 2 ago, but took a gamble anyway. And ordered it.. great price for the device. Received the device, I was happy to see the great quality and condition the phone is in, it's in brand new condition, no wear of scratches. Confirmed with my service provider that the phone is actually unlocked as advertised and it's now activated with the service. So far so good with the phone, it seems to be working as expected. For a flagship device at the price, it's great. Not sure if this a hit or miss, but you always have the option to return if it doesn't work for you within the 30 days return policy.

I bought the phone because my husbands phone broke and the very same day I bought it, the sender sent out the phone and it came 2-3 days later. There was some some problem with the delivery service and I was very upset but the company was quickly to replied and help to try to fix. I am very pleased and will be ordering in the future with them. The phone came in a great condition. The only thing I would say is the battery life on the phone is fairly draining quickly but it is it.

I was really skeptical about buying a renewed phone, especially when it was half the price of the original. However, it came to me properly packaged, with nothing broken.. not even a single scratch! The thing looks brand new, if I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it came straight from the store. I noticed a few reviews saying that they did not received an unlocked version, but a T-Mobile / AT&T version. I didn't have this problem personally, the phone i received was T-Mobile branded, however it was fully unlocked! The only issue I ran into because of that, was my sim card didn't fit so i had to get a new one (but that's my problem, not the phones lol) Setting up my phone with my sim was incredibly easy, was pain free and a breeze (i do use straight talk, so other carriers may vary)! Before switching to this phone, I did have a much older model (note 4), so this was a major upgrade for me! I love the size of the phone, the face recognition, and the samsung themes! This phone is honestly amazing, i'm so glad i chose to give it a chance with the renewed version! Only con from switching is now I'm in with the no audio jack crowd lol, and previous samsung chargers don't fit! But it came with it's own charger thankfully! The battery life is amazing as well! I'm so obsessed with the thing, i've been on it ever since I've received it in the mail and the battery is definitely well held up! So, in summary: Phone is A+, Chef's kiss. Was unlocked and easy to set up with a sim card. Came in perfect condition! + Battery life is amazing! Thank you Soonersoft for selling this amazing phone at such a great price!

I would give 0 stars if I coild. I ordered two of the same phone, one after the other because both had issues. They had two chances to get this right and they didn't. 1st phone had blown-out speakers: nearly all audio was awful to listen to. The phone also had a finicky S-Pen that won't maintain a connection. 2nd Phone was locked to Verizon Wireless, despite the fact that it is advertised as an unlocked phone. Basically makes the phone useless. Phones visually looked pretty good with no noticeable scratches, but that doesn't really matter when the sellers CLEARLY don't bother to run BASIC diagnostics on phones they sell.

The phone came brand new with original charger , but I had to return the s pen wouldn't connect and the Bluetooth didn't work

Just got my Note 10. First, Kudos to Amazon for the timely delivery. I received the unit a day early! Well done Amazon and thank you to CellGuru for an outstanding refurbished product. 2nd, this phone is still basically brand new. Still had the original galaxy note sticker on the screen and the protective tape around the top and bottom of the phone! Basically got a brand new Galaxy Note 10 for $525 bucks! This made me a believer in the renewed program. Will update later if I have any issues. Right now 5 ✨ *Update* 4/29/20 It's been a month and the phone still rocks! Since this review I've also purchased a Galaxy S10+, also refurb. I bought the ceramic S10+ with 512gb. That phone is completely awesome too! So I basically got 2 new phones for the price of 1 - S20!!!! Amazon Renewed is my new go to!!! ***** 👍🏾👍🏾

What I like about it is that it's fully functioning it's been totally refurbished there is no scratch on it when I got it and it works perfectly fine the way it is. It's unlocked and working perfectly. Thank you very much for a great deal.

Buen teléfono y desempeño fácil y liviano

Bueno la verdad tenia mucho miedo por el precio ya que no en otros lados esta al doble de caro, pero quede muy agusto con mi compra, estética 10/10 ningún rasguño, parecía nuevo. Pero solamente la bocina no me gusta como suena, es el único pero. Se escucha pero no bien, se puede soportar pero al principio si incómoda para que lo tomen en cuenta, mi esposo dice que nada que unos buenos audífonos no solucionen pero pues ese no es el punto. Pero de ahí en fuera lo amo La foto es de la cámara en máximo zoom a mis jeans

llego antes de lo esperado y aunque este modelo en específico le dure poca la pila, la realidad es que gracias a la carga rápida eso no es un problema, yo lo compre en 5700 si lo pueden encontrar por menos es muy aceptable, aunque recomiendo ir por el plus ptd:si quieren hacer un reembolso no podrán ya que Amazon dice que por temas de seguridad no se puede regresar productos con gases o líquidos ósea que en términos de garantía no hay garantía digo esto porque hace dos días se despegó un poco la parte de la tapa y quise hacer un reembolso y Amazon no me deja

Lo recomiendo ampliamente. A pesar de ser reacondicionado me a funcionado bastante bien.

No le funciona bien la pantalla y el celular viene mal pegado y se abre de un costado. Estoy muy arrepentida de gastar mi dinero en esta compra
