Very good multivitamin for men over 50

Many of the capsules seem so stuffed the contents were kind of coming out all over. Not a deal breaker by any means, just an observation. I am not too pleased with the qty. A one month supply is not much, looking for a two month version. But the ingredients, just great. I have taken other multi's and this is my first run at taking one that is plant based and does not have all those crazy ingredients in it. Too soon to tell on that front, but I do feel better, likely placebo at this point, but I will take what I can get.

I became familiar with BioSchwartz when I purchased their probiotics. I loved them. They are high quality, high potency and the shelf life is guaranteed. Because I liked them so much, I decided to buy the men's daily multi-vitamin for my husband. He has just started taking them so I can't give you much feedback on them. Even then, I'm not sure my husband will give much feedback other than, 'they're fine'. Lol If I have addition result that I observe, I will add to my review later.

First off, looks like a couple of capsules(only one) came apart as debris flew across my lap and desk. The odor which smelled like a barnyard and lingered around for a week or so be dissipating. Hard to say whether this MV or any other MV benefits me or not but will finish the bottle and update review.

The best multi vitamin

I would avoid these especially if you have any esophagial or swallowing issues. They are unnecessarily large and among the largest capsules on the market. I actually like many Schwarz products. Unfurtunately I feel that they have a total disregard for individuals that have swallowing issues or gastric concerns. In my opinion, these, like many of their products are too (and unnecessarily) large to swallow safely from an increased choking hazard and a risk of esophageal valve damage for myself and possibly others.
