will this cover fit my iron board with dimensions of 105 X 30cm

Yes. It fits smaller to larger boards.

Does it have a felt backing?

My cover came with a separate piece of felt that wasn’t attached to the cover I’m not sure it should of been like this

Hi, would this also fit the prozone hotspot board ok? (Same size 122x38)

If it’s the same size it probably will - it fits mine better than the original

Would it fit if put on top of the original cover (to get extra thickness)?

It will only fit if the measurements specified by the seller match the size of your ironing board!!
