Bayview Essentials- Chip-Resistant Large Daily Melamine Round Dinner Plate- Set of 6-11 inches (White)

I use these daily. I was replacing another set of large, white, melamine plates that I've had for a decade and just worn out. I'm a little disappointed with these. Because they're so flat, with only the slightest lip around the edge, food slides and rolls off really easily during use/transport from counter to table. My last set was thicker, slightly heavier, and had a gentle curvature that kept food and juices/sauces on the plate. Unfortunately, these feel like a cheap replacement for my last set. They're a good price, and they're getting the job done, but I'm not thrilled with them, and I find that I'm still looking for a better set.

We were a paper plate family that we put into nice holders. Our regular plates were VERY nice handmade pottery type, but didn't want to wash them for everyday small meals (plus they break easy). Feeling the need to be more green and save the trees, we bought these. I've got to say, the adjustment was easy. You can throw them around without fear of breaking, they are very large and easy to clean.

These plates seem to be very durable and come clean easily in the dishwasher. I have not noticed them scratching up so far. They are large dinner plate size. My only complaint is that they are thin, and I would prefer a slightly thicker plate just for looks. Of course you can’t microwave them, but I knew that before I ordered them. I have already dropped a few of them and no breaks or chips.

Not the best quality, I will spend more and buy the Corelle plates

I like the size and color. I wanted plates with more of a rim that would keep food and sauces inside. These are very flat.

They are light.

They scratched up terribly the first time I used them. Not very durable

Light weight but sturdy. And attractive.Only disappointment is the dishes can not be used in a microwave
