Thanks for your question, through test analysis，when stretching, for the green band , The resistance value is 8.62 LBS at 100% elongation and 11.02 lbs. at 200%; For the blue band, The resistance value is 13.23 LBS at 100% elongation and 17.64 lbs. at 200%; For the gray band, The resistance value is 27.56 LBS at 100% elongation and 38.58 lbs. at 200%; The longer you stretch, the more resistance you get, The band is 1.5 meters long, and can be stretched to 6 meters(200% elongation). you can also double them up for even more resistance. All our bands are color-coded.

I just received mine i got 3. not sure if i’m missing the purple one? is that one included?

The set you bought include three bands(green,blue,gray), not include the purple one. Feel very sorry for the misunderstanding may caused by the instruction, we have 4 levels of resistance bands,but In the second half of instructions we said you can buy set of 2,or set of 3, or set of 1, and we don't sell a set of 4 bands. Looking for bands that will hold a body when using a bar for pullups
