States pack of 4 but only 1 came, told to return it by customer services and they ordered me another 4.1 came again.Now have to return the first one.Not happy.

White residue
This used to be my favourite body scrub. However this batch seems to leave a white sandy residue on my skin and exfoliating gloves. I wash with very hot water and at least 1-2 body washes when I use this. You’d think the scrub would dissolve but it doesn’t. It’s a pain to wash off as it sticks to my skin especially the hair at the nape of my neck.
