How wide is the area with the holes? And will a 3 hole page match my 2 hole book?

The area with the holes is 1" wide. The holes are at 1 3/4", 6", and 10 1/4", which makes them 4 1/4" apart and 1 3/4" from the top and the bottom. Hope his helps.
