I wanted to like this iron because it gives good steam. However, there’s too much water spilling out on my clothes. I also wanted a retractable cord, but didn’t realize this wasn’t one.

This iron is terrible. It's impossible to fill the water without spilling it everywhere and you can't manually adjust the temperature. It's too hot for delicate clothing. Also the only way to turn it off and on is by unplugging it. Will be returning this item.

Works as advertised but the instructions are hard to understand

Iron is really heavy ( even without the water, for steam) it does shut off automatically and the price is good but I don't like the heaviness

An iron with no temperature dials was strange. The ability to automatically change the temp based on what material was used seemed like a gimmick. But it's not a gimmick. It actually works ans have had no issues with fabric getting damage. It produces a lot of steam which I love, you just need to put more water in but its not a hassle. Also no issues of water dripping over the clothes. I love it

Works very well, just as other reviewers have said. It's really nice not having to fuss around with fabric-specific settings and thus far this iron has worked well on everything we've thrown at it. Other reviewers have complained about the darkness of the water tank and how difficult it is to see how much water is in there -- it's true, it's very difficult to see how much water has been added and I'm surprised this obvious "design defect" made it into the final product. However, per the instructions, you're supposed to empty the iron after each use -- we have a little container that holds just the right amount of water for the tank, so it's easy for us to judge how much we've added, so not a deal stopper at all IMHO.

I've the fact that you can iron everything from silk to linen without ever scorching or burning the fabrics. It's so convenient to get the perfect results without ever having to change the settings. Heats up in seconds and recommended water for use is tap water. Love this iron

Not working as expected. When plugged, a foul smell of burnt wire comes and some sound “poc-poc” . I’m not using it being afraid of not causing short cut of electricity. And is not ironing as described, when I’ve tried it first time. Waste of money
