Kaff 4 Burner Glass Hob (Black, HBR 604A), 1 Piece

PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought this in June 2020. Within 1 year 5 months I have spent more then the price of a new one. It has got spoilt multiple times and the repair is very expensive. The company visits are also very expensive. The glass top has chipped and every time I call the company guy he insists on servicing the gas. He charges approx 800 only for service and extra for the repair. Now it is spoilt and I have decided to use it without the auto ignition. I cannot give it minus stars and hence am forced to give it one star rating.

Very happy with the hob. The design is superb.Reduced one star only because I have been using for a short duration (20 days only).The glass used is pretty sturdy and easy to clean.However in case of pipeline gas, the nozzles had to be changed.Around 700/- was spent for the same.

If you are planning to buy KAFF products beware of their customer service, their technicians are not trained at all they will break product and KAFF will not take any responsibility and will charge you for fixing it, When I called KAFF customer service and explained them what happened they said visit will be chargeable and they don't register complaint and asked me to mail to their customer service which I did but never got any response. Buying from KAFF is headache in longer run. Save your precious sanity.

Not worth buying product.Its large burner makes black coal type patches on the utensil.Its ignition is not working.

Totally disappointed!! The burner got broked in just two years!! Don't buy this!! You can invest in other but plz don't try this
