Gives an energy boost before workout

Would be 5 stars if it wasn't artificial sweetener i.e. sucralose. Apart from that it has everything you'd need in a pre-workout and works very well.

This tastes pleasant enough and gives you a buzz whilst you exercise. It contains beta analine so you need to be aware that it can cause pins and needles in your face and other places when you take it. I've used beta analine before in a mix without the caffeine and so I'm used to the pins and needles. I've found the beta analine on its own a better bet than this. The caffeine buzz pushed my heart rate up before I'd even done any serious exercise, much more so than my normal warm up. It did help me to exercise but afterwards I felt a bit drained, which doesn't normally happen with beta analine I've taken before. So whilst this tastes OK, I'd say there are a few similar products out there that do a better job, although it does do the job it claims. I think I don't need the caffeine.

Great stuff. Smashing pump and kick during workout, especially in the morning. Gives a good start before the day. Love it! 5⭐️
