What does AIR CUSHIONED FINISH actually mean..

Good question! The cards have an embossed pattern which reduces the area of contact between them and traps air pockets I guess. "Air Cushioned" sounds fanciful, but in my experience it's actually a good description of how they feel: not exactly slippery but they certainly glide over each other nicely. Now, whether this is a good thing rather depends - if you're an ace card manipulator then it's probably going to be great, but if you just want a game of crib cards scooting across the table could be pretty annoying. Anyway, hope that helps a bit.

how many jokers are in this deck?

Hi Clara, the 'jokers' in this Aviary pack are a bird sitting on top on a penny farthing bicycle. So there is one red and one blue. You also get a double backed card with the Aviary pattern on both sides. I hope this helps. ;)
