I LOVE this seasoning! I have never tried it before and I am so glad I ordered this! the second I opened the bag it was so wonderful in scent! It's fine, nothing special though. I bought this after I'd heard that Aleppo peppers were known for their exceptional taste. As fas as I'm concerned it's a mildly spicy dried chilli pepper that is near indistinguishable from others.
