I'm 39 years old and I've had thin weak nails as long as I can remember, despite always taking vitamins. I didn't find these until after baby but after a couple months of taking these (post partum) I have long thick hard nails and I feel a lot better than I have after having my other babies.

I started taking these a couple of months after we started trying for a baby. I love that these are in individual wrapped packets, because I could grab one and stick it in my purse, and not worry about carrying a big pill bottle or having smelly pills getting lost, dirty, or oxidized rolling around in my purse. I divided the pills up and could keep half in the packet: I took the two greens, choline, and one omega pill around lunch time, and took the white calcium and magnesium pills with one oil pill at night before bed. I did this because the magnesium relaxes me to the point of drowsiness, and taking two omega three pills at once makes me feel nauseated- it is not these specific pills, I just knew this about myself from taking Omega 3s and magnesium supplements alone previously, so decided to break up the pills in this way. Not sure if you need to take the whole pack at once; instructions just say to take one pack daily. There are benefits of some vitamins helping with the absorption of others, so, it is probably worth asking your OB or midwife or other medical professional. I had desirable results doing it this way... I noticed an uptick in energy after taking them, and had better workouts at the gym, to my surprise. Also much improved skin, nail and hair health. One month of taking them, and I got pregnant. I'm not saying it's definitely because of the vitamins, but, it is one of the only things I changed in my fairly regular health/fitness routine. The other is, I also took an additional vitamin D supplement because I discovered I was deficient. Since being pregnant, no nausea, no constipation, no neon pee, no problems. I plan to continue these, they've worked very well for me.

I tried several different prenatals and this one I saw such a change in not only my sleep patterns but my skin, hair & nails as well as migraines started to dissipate (took before pregnancy as a daily supplement). I became pregnant 3 months after taking these and unfortunately was so nauseated I couldn’t keep anything down let alone the fish oil capsules in these packets—so I eliminated the fish oils but took everything else during my pregnancy and tried to get my omega 3s in other ways throughout the day. I am taking these again now that I am trying to get pregnant again and already am feeling the results I previously described.

My babies thrived in my tummy while taking these. Helped me breastfeed both my babies beyond 2 years. I highly recommend. I do not recommend what metagenics replaced it with. Plus one prenatal is awful. Metagenics, please bring back Pregnancy Wellness Essentials

I used to buy these in my chiro office for a lot more money than i found them on here, and may i just say, worth every penny. i gave birth to a 4.5 pound baby who was NEVER NICU'd! I had a two vessel umbilical cord and my amniotic fluid was dangerously low at the end. i was induced 4 weeks early because my baby stopped growing (still had natural birth BTW) and she was classified as IGR (growth restricted). we were told any baby under 5lbs had to be NICU'd and we specifically gave birth in a hospital that didn't have a nursery (your baby stays with you at all times in your room)...so we prepared ourselves for her to be taken at birth. they took her and gave her right back. they said she may have been small but was so rock solid that there was no reason to separate us. her health was impeccable for being depleted of virtually all resources in the womb. she was a total rock star and still is today. these vitamins worked wonders for my baby girl even when faced with crazy odds!

Great product, price is too high

I took these pills throughout my entire pregnancy and it worked out great for me! I had hyperemesis gravidarum during my first trimester, so my advice to you who had it rough in the first few months of pregnancy but still needed to take prenatals would be taking them right before bed with a full glass of water. Also wait a couple of minutes before laying flat. I’m done with my pregnancy and I’m still taking these, because they are so great! My skin, nails and hair look great and I always had troubled skin! You will definitely have that “glow” that everybody talks about. Super recommend!

Was looking for a natural prenatal vitamin with sufficient folic acid and dha, without additives such as artificial colors. Unaware the multivitamin comes in small packages with 7 pills to take daily. 2 prenatals and 2 dha are what I am taking to get my money's worth. The choline pill and 2 calcium pills are being wasted. MOST disappointed in the seller and my forgetfulness that these pills EXPIRE. Received them 7/19/16 with a July 2016 expiry on the box. Paid $60.75 for supplements which will expire 12 days from being received (manufacturer sells them for $64.75, sold to medical professionals only). SELLER WAS DISHONEST by selling them without stating "soon to expire", or discounting them due to the expiration this month. Feeling extra cautious about what to purchase from Amazon in the future and remembering to always check seller reviews.
