I was nervous to purchase these tea bags. Would they really work? Would they be sturdy in hot water? Would the tea actually stay in the bag? I hate when tea leaves escape the bag and then you have the gritty leaves at the bottom of the cup. Anyway, I took a chance and I am so glad I did! These tea bags are awesome. Super sturdy and easy to use. No tea leaves escaped!!! I enjoyed a great cup of tea from loose-leaf tea and did not have a single gritty leaf to deal with. I will definitely purchase these bags again and highly recommend them to other loose-leaf tea lovers.

I like this product after using it for good few months. I use loose tea quite often, and these are much better than the cotton ones I used previously due to the fact that they are lighter, more transparent, but not light enough to rip even after long exposure in a hot water. Overall, a sturdy 5.

I am an avid tea drinker, and I prefer gourmet blends of loose tea. I used a tea ball for years, which is cumbersome, often burned my fingers, and created a mess when I emptied it. I figured this was the price of being able to drink good tea. Then I stumbled across these little tea bags and my life changed! They are not only a cinch to fill, but once full, they act like regular tea bags. Let them steep, fish them out, and throw in the compost. No more burnt figures. No more wiping up random tea leaves from the counter, no more fishing out old wet tea leaves from the tea ball the next morning. I can't believe how such a small invention could simplify my life so much!

I brought a tea infuser but it was a pain to clean the used tea out of it. These tea bag are great...I put my loose tea in it and pull the string to secure. The only thing I didn't like...if you pull hard the string breaks. I find that holding the string and sliding your fingers across the closer prevents this. 4 star because of this issue.

These work great. I was worried that they wouldn't stay closed, but they're nice and tight. I used them to make up a batch of tea bags that I could use over a long period (had various formulations, didn't want to have to measure them out each day, so I sat and did a bunch at once). Perfect for my application. Quality is good, haven't had a single issue. Would recommend for times when your time and energy are worth more and you don't want to have to use a tea ball etc.
