I have added this supplement to my daily requirements and will NEVER stop taking it. I ran out and all the acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, food allergies (even pet allergies), and digestion issues returned. Like so many things - you never know how much it is helping you until you stop taking it. This is a required staple of digestion in our world of processed and GMO foods. We can't get away from it. We need something we can include that helps us feel like we were supposed to feel before industry took over. A few things - give it some time. The first few days / weeks are up and down. You MUST learn to take the right amount. More is NOT better. Gas is a real thing. The acid reflux will move down to your lower intestine and gas and distension will happen, especially if you take too much. You MUST take it multiple times a day. Sometimes I take it only twice a day and it is about 1/2 as effective. Three times a day is optimal for me and I feel "perfect" (like my 50 year old body works like a kid's body to process food). You MUST NOT double up when you miss a dose. I have done this more than once. Then I'm not sure if I took it or took enough, so I take more. Then - the gas gut sets in. Manage timing and quantity and you will find this stuff is amazing. The key is consistency. For me - that was hard. I would LOVE to take one pill a day that fixes things. But - this stuff adds into the mix of food all day long and makes your gut work better.

A little less bloating and better digestion after a few weeks. Difficult getting a routine of taking it before meals. Definitely gives me a buzz. Hoping it continues to effect gut positively.

I really didn't have high hopes since I have been struggling with ISB-D for years and years!! I've tried everything under the sun, and still could not leave home without drinking Imodium. Even then I was terrified I would not find a bathroom enroute. HOWEVER, I thought I would try this one more time (I took it years ago). I don't know why I didn't continue using this after the first bottle, but I WILL POSITIVELY say I am very MUCH improved. I started out very, very slow as suggested, with only 1/8 tsp. and stayed there for a week. Then I added another 1/8 tsp. for another week, and so on. I am still only at once a day, however. I will add that I stopped ALL other probitiotics. (pre-and post). I am very careful with my diet as well (no sugar, wheat/gluten, etc.) and really don't consume anything with a label. I really think I will never, ever be without this Gut support!! I recommend this highly. I feel if it can help me, it will help anyone. (P.S. I also did gut microbiome testing for food sensitivities, etc. I recommend doing that as well if you are serious about ending your gut distresses.) Don't let the price of this product stop you, it is worth its weight in gold.

I read all the reviews for this product . I also watched the owners video and watched testimonials of a lot of users on YouTube . I really believed in the science behind this product . But upon first using it , my stomach griped and was sore . I was very bloated and my stomach was distended . I realize that they warn you that you have to give it a little bit of time to work . I also realize that some “ sensitive “ individuals will have these sorts of results . But honestly, in my experience, although the “ herxheimer” reaction might be real ….. most people who are suffering cannot handle being more sick for a while and just live in hope . I need something that will actually work .. and fast . And also , research shows that it doesn’t take that long for the body to repair itself once you start giving it what it needs to heal . You shouldn’t have to use a product for months to get results . Maybe a few weeks but that’s if . All that being said , if you’re interested in seeing how minerals affect your body … read “ the bodies many cries for water “ . Consuming water with salt is a great way to re- mineralize and stay alkalized , which should put your body on the path to healing , which is what this product claims to do . I am still looking for something that will drastically change my health and unfortunately this was NOT it .
