This stuff is awesome!!! I've been having some digestive issues & taking this 3 times a day/1 tsp, it had helped tremendously. You have to be consistent & take every day for a couple of mths. The pain is gone from my upper left gastric region. It's pricey but it lasts. It's so worth it!

I have added this supplement to my daily requirements and will NEVER stop taking it. I ran out and all the acid reflux, constipation, brain fog, food allergies (even pet allergies), and digestion issues returned. Like so many things - you never know how much it is helping you until you stop taking it. This is a required staple of digestion in our world of processed and GMO foods. We can't get away from it. We need something we can include that helps us feel like we were supposed to feel before industry took over. A few things - give it some time. The first few days / weeks are up and down. You MUST learn to take the right amount. More is NOT better. Gas is a real thing. The acid reflux will move down to your lower intestine and gas and distension will happen, especially if you take too much. You MUST take it multiple times a day. Sometimes I take it only twice a day and it is about 1/2 as effective. Three times a day is optimal for me and I feel "perfect" (like my 50 year old body works like a kid's body to process food). You MUST NOT double up when you miss a dose. I have done this more than once. Then I'm not sure if I took it or took enough, so I take more. Then - the gas gut sets in. Manage timing and quantity and you will find this stuff is amazing. The key is consistency. For me - that was hard. I would LOVE to take one pill a day that fixes things. But - this stuff adds into the mix of food all day long and makes your gut work better.

Best Gut Health product I have ever used.

A little less bloating and better digestion after a few weeks. Difficult getting a routine of taking it before meals. Definitely gives me a buzz. Hoping it continues to effect gut positively.

I really didn't have high hopes since I have been struggling with ISB-D for years and years!! I've tried everything under the sun, and still could not leave home without drinking Imodium. Even then I was terrified I would not find a bathroom enroute. HOWEVER, I thought I would try this one more time (I took it years ago). I don't know why I didn't continue using this after the first bottle, but I WILL POSITIVELY say I am very MUCH improved. I started out very, very slow as suggested, with only 1/8 tsp. and stayed there for a week. Then I added another 1/8 tsp. for another week, and so on. I am still only at once a day, however. I will add that I stopped ALL other probitiotics. (pre-and post). I am very careful with my diet as well (no sugar, wheat/gluten, etc.) and really don't consume anything with a label. I really think I will never, ever be without this Gut support!! I recommend this highly. I feel if it can help me, it will help anyone. (P.S. I also did gut microbiome testing for food sensitivities, etc. I recommend doing that as well if you are serious about ending your gut distresses.) Don't let the price of this product stop you, it is worth its weight in gold.

You changed the bottle and now the 2 pumps I paid xtra for in previous orders do not fit the mouth of the new bottle can you send me a new pump to fit new bottle?

The new packaging is awful. It’s hard to measure and pour.

I am 29 and I was having issues with remembering things. I was also having a hard time staying focused and would get super anxious trying to remember things and stay on task. I bought this mostly for my kids but I had remembered hearing somewhere that your gut is your bodies ‘second brain’, and I decided to start taking it as well. I’m actually shocked at how well this worked at helping my memory, stay focused, and not be as prone to anxiety. I should mentioned that I’m a server, so I need to remember a lot of things quickly and stay organized in my head. I’ve noticed a MASSIVE change in my performance at work- I can remember things and stay organized in my head, whereas before, my brain would feel like one of those static TV channels once the restaurant would get busy. It’s kind of crazy how this supplement that pretty much tastes like nothing has had such a profound impact on me. I will be re-ordering.

It helps me alot that it was difficult to go to toilet that i go to toilet once in ten days .. it helps me alot . I di highly recommended it..

I've gotten into this after listening to Zach Bush and boy I was blown away with this man. Then I ordered microbiome test, did the baseline of my gut analysis, and bought ION Gut to observe changes in the next two iterations of microbiome data. My baseline diversity was around 7, with various markers that needed improvement. After three months of drinking ION Gut my microbiome diversity went to 8, and three months after to 9. I did subtle changes to diet, but ION Gut was the underlying cause for such speedy improvement. Recently I travelled abroad and did not bring ION Gut with me. Suffered after a while with tummy problems, had diarrhoea every few days....the moment I came back home and started drinking ION Gut, all aches disappeared in a day. It is pure gold.

Good product. Didn't have any particular reason to take it so I didn't have visible results.

Do not waste your $ its useless.
