Tubeless Bike Tire Repair Kit - Road & MTB Tire Plug Kit

Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. A smaller version of the regular car sized plugs. So as not to destroy the integrity of the tire the hole is best kept as small as possible and not reamed to a larger than necessary opening risking catastrophic failure. This happened to me when I was on my Goldwing. Very scary. My fault. I forgot I was riding on a plug. This kit is tiny! And can be stashed anywhere on your bike/motorcycle. Very happy with this purchase.

After doing a 75 mile fondo through rough asphalt and some gravels, my tubeless setup gave in to some punctures. The tires did held up through the ride, but I noticed about 3 days later that my rear tire pressure is somehow leaking faster than normal. I inspected the tire and saw 4 punctures, 1 is so big the sealant is not able to plug it. I bought this repair kit to plug that one "big" hole, I used the brown bacon as it looks to be the right size for the hole. A day later, the pressure loss is about 2 psi from 50psi. I then rode that tire for 55 miles to check its integrity and to flatten the poking bacon. The tire now loses 5 psi every 3 days and settles at 40 psi thereafter. Not bad in my experience of tubeless setups. My rear tire is a slick 650b x 38.

This was my first bike flat repair ever. This was useful in sealing the hole in the outer tire. Only then did I realize the thing had an inner tube. After smarting up after watching a few YouTube’s, I bought a couple more tools to patch the inner tube. But this did its job and holds up good !

Smaller than I imagined, which was great. Fits in my bike’s downtube storage box. Hope I never need it!

I am sure this thing works like a charm, but it is super huge....I am not sure it needed to be this large honestly. It takes up a lot of room in a slim pouch and saddle bag. If you have a large bag you carry it will work fine, but for minimalist its way to large.

Easy to install in tubeless MTB tire. Plug held air after 12 mile ride. Still holding air after 8 hours of bike parked in rack.

Haven’t needed to use it ( and hopefully never will ) Nice and compact bullet container ideal for jersey pocket. I did buy smaller plugs but those supplied with the kit are fine for my purposes

This is a lovely little addition to my bike repair tool kit. I've only recently switched to tubeless but it's going well so far. This kit is TINY (not much larger than a wine cork) , probably about 1/5th the size of the spare tube that I used to carry with me on the bike, and a lot less weight. It'll fit easily in a small seat pack or in your jersey pocket. Looks pretty simple to use and comes with full instructions. I'm almost (almost !) looking forward to some major tyre damage so I can try this out on the road side. Updates to follow when this occurs !

Kit de mèches en cas de crevaison bien pratique car il est très petit et très léger, ne prend pas beaucoup de place dans une sacoche de selle, article conforme à la description avec une notice explicative...pas encore testé mais fais déjà parti de mes indispensables pour réparation tubeless.
