Turmeric, Lemon, Ginger & Honey

This Turmeric, Lemon, Ginger and Honey fruit tea tastes superb. The flavour is beautifully balanced — no overpowering ginger or turmeric — with a fresh, lemony main note that really shines through. It’s smooth, soothing, and very easy to drink. The quality is excellent, and it feels like a genuinely well-crafted blend. I enjoy it every night before bed as part of my wind-down routine, and it’s wonderfully relaxing. Knowing it supports immune function and offers great health properties is a big bonus. Great value for money for such a comforting, tasty, and health-focused tea. Highly recommended

It's delicious but has a very short shelf life once opened. The mix of Turmeric, Ginger and Lemon is very tasty and (probably) very good for you. You do have to be generous with your proportions though. It quotes 1 teaspoon per cup, but after experimenting, I found that at least a tablespoon (or more..) per cup met my tastes better. Be aware that it has actual pieces of lemon pulp in its mix, you can strain them out but I just chug them as they're not unpleasant.

Stunning mix that makes fantastic tasting drinks, sharp lemon with the warmth of ginger and a sweetness of honey, easy to use, the main problem I had with it was the dreaded yellow tongue and teeth staining { dentures } which I guess is from the turmeric, it takes some getting off, so maybe I won't drink this as often as I might like and go back to my usual honey/lemon/ginger without the turmeric, but its a great tasting product.

Lovely hot drink, I found very lemony/sweet so used less than recommended which is great as the bottle lasts longer. Value for money and yummy.

It was okay. I bought this when i had heavy cough hoping that it will relieve some symptoms but it didn’t really help hence 3 stars. This is helpful if you don’t want to prefer honey and lemon from scratch as it’s a premade version of that. It’s quick to prepare just pour some of this in the glass and add hot water. Taste wise it’s okay i wish it’s more lemony. However for the price, i would just make my own honey lemon ginger concoction.

I normally buy a ginger and lemon tea to drink first thing but have recently discovered the benefits of turmeric upon myself. Now for years I have known of the benefits of turmeric but always thought they were just a myth or something sports professional's would use and not for little old me. My husband had started juicing with turmeric and I tried a few of his homemade juice shots. I instantly noticed a difference in my ankle which is an old injury I obtained doing exercise. This last year at night whilst trying to sleep my right ankle really aches to the point of painful. It either keeps me awake or wakes me up and upon waking the next day my ankle and just under my heel under the back of my foot is exceptionally stiff for a few hours before it gets moving and therefore supple again. I have not yet been to the doctor about it but know it is getting worse. Well it was until I had a portion of this little bottle of goodness. Since consuming only in a few days I have noticed such a change. I do add extra honey just because I like sweet things but this drink gives me a huge boost of a morning and I have noticed the turmeric is helping with my ankle. I no longer get pain during the night and my ankle/foot isn't as sore in the morning. I also love the small chunks of lemon which are found when consuming the tea. It does state it will yeald 12 portions from 20mls of liquid but being as I don't have anything to measure that is 20mls, I instead use a tablespoon measure of 15mls instead which means I should get 16 servings. Now this does stain things yellow so be careful not to spill anything and note if using a plastic measure this too will go yellow and be a tad hard to clean but it takes the faff out of juicing and makes me more alert than my previous first thing in the morning tea used to do.
