A veterinarian recommended these treats to me, and our small dogs (two almost 14–year-olds and a 3-year-old) love them.

We love the freeze dried muscles. When I leave the house in the morning the girls run to their 'naps' to get their treats, these muscles are one of their favorites. I have to take a star and maybe even stop buying them though as I am a little disappointed with the amount of crushed muscles I have been getting. I don't know if this is Amazons fault or if the bags already contain a lot of crushed material. I do know that the first bag I got about 5 or 6 months ago had barely any muscle dust in the bottom of the bag. The second bag I got had way too much and this 3rd one seems to have a lot also. I don't know if I will go back to this brand because of how much of the product is crushed in the bottom of the bag.

These are great for dogs of all kind. Helps keep them bright and active

In the past the containers had larger pieces of dried fish. The first bag I opened was filled with mostly what amounted to crumbs of dried fish. They work great to fill up a small kong, but as an individual treat it's a crumbly mess to handle. However, my dog loves this stuff in any form.
