Kaff 4 Burner Glass Hob (Black, NE 4B 60 GF)

Got original product from the seller & good packaging by amazon. Built quality is good, but metal stands are not sturdy, & the knob one closer to big burner gets heat up over time, & atleast they would have provide the 3 pin plug with it. Overall good product from Kaff, Design is elegant.

We order the Hob, timely delivery, beautiful product and precise packaging. No defects whatsoever. However, after 1 day of normal use, there were stains on the burner which never came out even after trying to clean it multiple times.This is something which shouldn’t happen with normal usage for cooking.No complaints regarding Amazon or Seller, coz we returned the product and refund was also given in a timely manner.The quality of the product should be improved if this is a manufacturing defect. Because of such quality, I am even hesitant to buy another Kaff Hob which I really wanted to order after returning this item.

The product is good, does the job perfectly well however their service simply too pathetic. I was charged Rs 1050 towards visiting changes + charges to replace 2 jet streams (not sure what they meant). Our hob is under 2 years warranty and hence I called the customer service to make sure the service guys are not taking me for a ride and they confirmed that we have to pay visiting charges even when the hob is under warranty post the first year, They informed me that its written in fine print. What kind of warranty it is when you have to pay for a visit and part even during the warranty period. Now coming to the replaced part its a very small 1 inch cylinder called jet stream which costs 300 bucks each. Replacement for 2 along with visit cost me 600 + 450 = 1050. Day light robbery !!

Everything is perfect except that the stands are bit hard for small utensils as it makes it wobble a bit.

Good as described

Igniter unit is broken. I reaaly felt disappointed, as we spend lot of money and even then igniter unit is damaged in one of the burner. Even the person whom came for installation was wondered to see. Kaff is a big brand. Even then, it happened. I wish to get money back.

Only thing which i didnt like is the iron shield type over burners... they dont stay stable.. they keep moving left right..may be the design is like this only.. dont know why.But the flame .. the functionality of the switches everything is good.
