I’m a recent user of this brand and I’m converted. I have a golden retriever and use it diluted. It’s fantastic, leaves a beautiful berry scent that isn’t too light or too heavy. Lathers nicely and rinses easily. I use this along with the plumtastic conditioner (diluted also in warm water) and EVERYONE that we interact with always comments on how soft and shiny his coat is and how nice he smells. As an added bonus, if you follow the instructions, give them a good scrub and leave the shampoo and conditioner on as directed it helps to remove any shed undercoat during the bath which means less fur shed in the house!

I love these dog shampoos. they do not dry out the dogs skin. And since they get a hose down everyday after a swim in a pond, making sure their skins is "conditioned" is a great benefit.

It smells go good, it washes better then other shampoos I’ve used as a professional groomer for 15 years, and it doesn’t aggregate any skin issues or pet owners sensitive sense to smells! Keeping this shampoo around for my business for sure

Product doesn’t bother my pups eyes good thing however, I was disappointed with the scent, it was very light and next to none. I expected the smell to last at least after the wash but nothing. :(

Arrived ahead of schedule. Absolutely a great product. I was introduced to this brand of shampoo/conditioner when I started grooming. Long lasting, little goes a long way, washes out well, dogs/cats come out amazing. Read the bottle for the best shampoo or conditioner to use on your pet. Almond Crisp is great for wire haired coats, berry gentle is great for washing the face and puppies/kittens. Plum Silky for straight coats. Blueing best for black or white coats. Dirty dog is a great de-greaser. Lav-N-Derm, oatmeal best or hypoallergenic is great for your pets with skin allergies or sensitives. Using the Aloe Re-moisturizer is great to give a deep conditioning.I have a Shi-Tzu that has your normal skin allergies year round, I've used store bought hypoallergenic shampoos and Veterinary medicated shampoos, all of which cause her to scratch/lick after a bath or irritate her skin to where it's red. I found that using Berry Gentle on her face, Lav-N-Derm on her body, Aloe Re-moisturizer after and then using it as a hot oil treatment by putting a wet warm towel around her, it not only gives her some volume but moisturizes her skin without drying her out and causing her to become irritated. Also she smells fabulous.

I have a very active young dog this is perfect to clean her and her face! Best Buy!

I have worked in veterinary medicine for over 25 years. I have used and recommend this brand of shampoos for about 20 years. It can be hard for me to locate these products but I was ecstatic to find them on Amazon. They are gentle, easy on the skin, wash/rinse clean and leave amazing scents on the pet even once they dry. I always get compliments on how my pets smell so good and I'm happy to share with people the shampoos that I use and where they can buy them. They do tend to run a little more expensive than other shampoos but I buy them in the gallon size. My favorite scents are the Plum Silky and Berry Gentle.

Good product but....the bottle cap was opened and it was all inside the box and all over the bottle. I am a Certified Profesional Pet Groomer and use different shampoos on different dogs and this is one I use.
