I bought 2 of these for holiday gifts for my husband and son- they both like them and report them to be helpful grilling at night and snowblowing. They are warm, comfortable and cozy and the light is super bright. I’d say that these beanies aren’t for thick enough for really artic temps but have been great in New England when needing some light on the subject.

Works super well and easily recharged by plugging into any computer!Very bright, we used it to go sledding at night. The different modes are helpful too.Very soft and warm.

I bought this for my husband for feeding our goats and chickens. The light is really bright and it’s nice that he doesn’t have to carry a flashlight out of hen trying to feed the animals or give them water since you need two hands to do so. Obviously he doesn’t wear it in the warm weather but luckily it’s light out longer so he doesn’t always need a light.

The orange color does stand out to help to be seen. It is not a really bright orange where it looks out of place for daily wear. In other words, it will work for outside walks/biking but does not make you look like a construction worker, so the color is balanced between effective and annoying. The material and construction of the hat is of moderate grade and expect it to last a few years minimum. It is not a deep winter thick material and have not tested in below freezing as of yet. It is warm for just above freezing and expect it to work well. The light has 3 brightness settings that does affect battery life. The brightest setting allows you see to do tasks at arms length, like reading, getting mail, going from/to the car. In my opinion, it is not strong enough to replace a bycicle light to see the path ahead very far. It is bright enough for personal safety and to get a bike out of a garage or bike rack.The light charger is an integrated USB male connection and basic in design. This either means cheap or efficient. Not had long enough to tell. It did charge while plugged into a power strip that had USB charging ports. Due to the size and nature of the USB charging, it may not fit into some charging ports. It is attached to the light where the light is flush with the charging port when plugged in. You will need a few inches on either side of the charging port for it to fit. Gave it 4 stars because it works as described and is of medium quality, though there are some uncertainty of the durability of the light. Time will tell. Good value overall.

Works great and good price

This was my favorite purchase this year! I got one for everyone in the family as we got a new puppy at Christmas. These make going outside at night so easy. The light is SO bright, and it lights up a good area so taking puppy out during the night was a breeze. They are warm and comfortable and the fact that they are easily rechargeable makes them a 5 star item. Highly recommend.

Very nice caps for hunting and bright

I gave this to my husband for Christmas and originally had no idea when/if he would ever use it but it has actually come in very handy. Its great for dusk/evening dog walks, working under cars in the garage and focus light in hard to see spaces while still keeping your hands free for use. The light is rechargeable and the beanie is very comfortable.

Haven’t heard from recipient, but his wife says it’s great!

The beannie is great but I am not sure about the material as it has shrunk slightly after washing. It feels like a wool blend.
