Do an internet search and you will find MANY people, myself included who bought into their supposed "free trial" which consisted of paying shipping only for a 30 day supply. if you are not satisfied with product, it did nothing to help me sleep, you must call within 7 days or you will be charged $79.95 per month. Ask yourself would a reputable company marketing a reputable product resort to such underhanded and potentially criminal practices?

I have recently gotten completely off of Ambien after being on it for close to 10 yrs.. Don't ever get on it.. iT'S BAD!!!!!! I have been using Avinol P.M. for over a month now and am getting the help that I need to get to sleep. I highly recommend it..

I have been taking Avinol for probably 6 months now. It relaxes me completely within 30 minutes of taking it to the point I HAVE to crawl in the bed and go to sleep. I mean I can hardly keep my eyes open and for me that is GREAT because I can sleep! It is the best sleeping aid I have ever come across at least for myself. Highly recommend this for sleep.

No help waste of money and time if anything I sleept better without it!!! If I coul have I would have give it no stars

I realize that different people respond differently to various sleep medications, so I can't say that Avinol PM will be as effective for others as it has been for me. But this is my second or third reorder, and I keep coming back to it because it usually gets me to sleep -- not all the time but certainly more frequently and more quickly than other sleep medicines I've tried, and I've tried a whole lot of them.

Returned, Did not work

I absolutely love this product since finding it! It really does seem to help me sleep at night which has always kind of been a struggle for me. My dad had gotten the capsules and after trying them three or four times I decided to order some of my own. I guess I didn't pay too much attention that the ones I was purchasing where the dissolvable ones. I really do not like the taste so I end up just swallowing them as I would a capsule. (It does seem that the capsules work a little bit better, both my dad and I agree on this but the dissolvable ones do work just fine also but I will more than likely opt for the capsule ones on my next purchase.) I had read ahead of time that one of the ingredients did promote more dreaming which definitely is the case! It is not a negative though I find it to be a positive! I enjoy dreaming at night. I find that they don't make me sleepy as much as once I close my eyes to go to sleep I seem to dream and sleep longer. Upon first waking up I feel kind of tired but within minutes of putting my feet on the floor and starting my day that feeling goes away! I pretty much figure I will be a customer of this product for life!

Works well for me. Lemon taste is good. I chew them, then wash it down with a drink of water. Wake up in the morning without the hangover effect of other sleeping pills.
