I have ordered this many times. Tastes ok but be sure to drink it pretty quickly. It helps with regularity and it keeps me feeling full a long time. I eat so much less since I started taking this and have lost 20 pounds without even thinking about it.

This Psyllium Husk powder is great. Easy to use, taste great. Texture is smooth and goes down great. Does work when you are constipated and need help. Highly recommend. Will buy again.

This has great flavor and is easier to tolerate than one of the name brand fiber drinks which starts with an M and tastes like orange chalky grit. I drink this nearly every morning before anything else, and it is easy to handle and keeps me regular.

So far so good for me with this product! I've always had trouble "going". I just chalked it up to that's how my body was supposed to be. A friend told me about this, so I decided to try it out. I have taken it 3 days in a row, and I'm amazed. It's almost like clockwork. I didn't think I could gag down a tablespoon, so have started with a fairly heaping teaspoon, once a day. I'd like to build up to more so I can also use this as an appetite suppressant. My friend takes it in a glass of water. I tried that, but this stuff becomes concrete if you don't wash it right away. It was sticking to everything including my sink. So today I tried what one reviewer said, and just took a spoonful, then washed it down. That may be the better way for me. It's kind of hard to just swallow I will say. Feels like eating sawdust. But I had so much less mess, and the discomfort with this weird stuff in my mouth is only a few seconds so I think I can handle it. Make sure to drink lots of water. I also read one reviewer who said she gave 1/4 teaspoon to her cat to help in that respect. My two dogs have trouble going sometimes, so I gave it to them (just once so far). My girl handled it fine, but my boy seemed sick for 2 days and didn't eat or drink anything. If I'd thought it through, I would have recalled that they don't drink much water. So I'm not sure I can continue giving it to them. Still, for me so far, it's worth its weight in gold!

I’m very happy with this product. The quality is better than I expected, and it works exactly as described. I would definitely recommend it.

This stuff is pretty easy to drink when compaired to the powder.. But they both have their intended benefits, which are slightly different and I won't be explaining them here. :-) I will buy this again when this runs out, just like I'll also get the powder.. I alternate between the two every day.. You will benefit by having a hand held battery powered mixer. It makes a huge difference.

The product has a mild Lemon flavor. The texture: if allowed to sit in water for about a minute is not as granular.
