Sea-Band Acupressure Wrist Bands, 1 Child Pair (Blue)

My son gets extremely car sick even when in the car for only five minutes. We were at a loss at what to do and didn't want to give medicine that caused drowsiness for short car rides. I found these at the recommendation of a friend and they work great. We put them on about 15 minutes before we leave the house and he has no tummy issues. I know they work because my husband forgot them one car ride and within five minutes, my son was sick to his stomach and vomiting. We keep a pair in every car now! Great product!

No scientific evidence to prove that these actually work, but it matters not to me if it’s just the placebo effect! These have made road trips complaint and puke-free for my kid. They appear to fit a bit tight, but are apparently comfortable and unbothersome.

These seabands for children work like a charm! We live in a mountainous area with lots of curvy up and down roads. When our 3 year old granddaughter comes to visit she often gets sick riding in her carseat in the back. But the ride is no problem at all when we put these small size seabands on her before we start driving!! Makes a huge difference in the journey and overall outcome for the day!

I bought these for my daughters who lately have been complaining about getting car sick. They liked that there were multiple colors to choose from so they could be different from one another. This is a great size for their wrists (ages 7 and 4). It does seem to work best when put on a few minutes before actually getting in the car. They aren't effective if the motion sickness has already set in.My daughters enjoy wearing them, pretending they are a cool fashion accessory for trips to Grandma and Papa's house.I think using pressure points actually does help, and while it's not a magic fix, it certainly helps the girls mentally prepare for the trip ahead and believe they are wearing their magic bracelets. The difference between wearing them and not wearing them on long trips has been quite noticeable. If we lose this pair we will definitely purchase another.

My daughter is almost 5. I got the for her to use while in her carseat. They fit her wrist well (not too tight). She was excited to use them and she never took them off. Until we were out of the car. We tried slightly different positions on her wrist, but she still complains of nausea while wearing them. So because there is room for error with placement on the wrist, I'm not sure if we are using them incorrectly or if they just don't work.I gave three stars because I appreciate the quality of them.

These are so great! The seasick patch may be convenient, but these bands are all natural and works just as well! My whole family used the bands on our cruise and none of us got sick. My 10 year old has the worst motion sickness, so he wears them whenever he's in the car and he doesn't get sick any more!

I get motion sick easily. I took these on a cruise and did not use anything else and never got sick. I still felt the motion, but never got a headache or upset stomach. You do feel the pressure in the wrists. And that can get uncomfortable after a while, but will worth not feeling ill.

My 5 year old has been getting carsick since he was two and these came highly recommended from a friend so we thought we'd give them a shot for our 5 hour ride on Thanksgiving weekend and they totally worked!! I can't be sure if it was the bands or if it was a mind-over-matter situation, but either way we had a trip without barf all over the back of our car for the first time in a while! And right before the trip home he even ate a huge meal and no sickness at all!! If you or your little ones get carsick these are definitely worth it!
