Highly Recommend
I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to praise this product. I've used this type of device for my plantar fasciitis for years. I wore out my last pair and hadn't replaced them for a few years. After wearing these new ones for a few nights I'm shaking my head at why I waited so long to replace my old ones. It's a deceptively simple idea of gently stretching the plantar facia at the bottom of the foot all night that works wonders. My feet have far less pain during the day and the usual tightness at the bottom of my feet is greatly reduced. It also makes it easier to walk when the bottom of my feet aren't so tight and painful. How I walk in turn affects my hips, back and shoulders. These braces are cushy and very comfortable. You can even remove the cushy covering, wash it and put it back on the hard plastic frame inside. They come with two wedges to increase the stretch. I found using both wedges was uncomfortable and made it nearly impossible to walk in (necessary for those middle of the night bathroom trips). Sometimes I use 1 wedge and sometimes I don't use any. I wear a brace on each foot at night and they are easy to sleep in. I wear shoe sizes 7 to 7.5 and bought a Medium size. These braces fit fine. For me, the sizing chart was accurate.

Night Splint
This Night Splint is a must if you are dealing with Plantar Facilitis! It came highly recommended by my Podiatrist, and you only have to wear it a couple of hours each evening. For instance, wearing it while you watch a movie or your favorite TV shows. No need to wear this to bed. My Podiatrist said that is too long to wear each evening. The price is great on this too!

Don't count on the velcro to last
I'm rating this above average because it does work to relieve the heel pain. The padding is comfortable but the Medium boot is very wide. Hard to walk in for trips to the bathroom. I tried a Small, which was narrower but too short. My biggest complaint is after two months the velcro doesn't hold any more. I will now attempt to find one with buckles.

What the heck?!
Had I known keeping my foot flexed overnight would have given me this kind of relief, I would have purchased this 3 years ago! Not sure if I have plantar fasciitis or Achilles tendonitis but I thought at one time it was definitely a bone spur. Lately, it’s been excuritating! Asked my sister-in-law, a PT, what in the world I could do. She used this brace on herself and finally found relief. Didn't think I could possibly be CURED but I ordered it. First night I think I had it too tight across toes because I took off during the night with toes tingling but next morning I saw improvement. Second night it stayed on all night. Third night I realized i really don’t find it uncomfortable. This morning I got out of bed without dragging my foot across the floor like I’ve done for the last THREE STINKIN’ YEARS! I wear a 6.5 and my heel rises up out of the heel portion. Once I put the toe riser in deeper it worked better. Also folded up a handkerchief to maintain contact between heel and brace. The foot stays flexed regardless. I’ve read the Velcro loses its function with time but I can slip my foot out without undoing the Velcro so maybe it will last longer. It’s so inexpensive I can’t afford to buy another if it does. I’m completely satisfied!

Not quite up to snuff
I looked and looked for a splint that would hold my foot at the correct angle that did not have the diagonal braces. I have very sensitive skin that tears easily and wanted something with a soft covering. I saw this and said, “Great!” I wish I could say it worked out..it didn’t. I ordered the small because I wear either a 6 1/2 or 7 depending on the shoe. At first glance, the foam didn’t quite fit the shape of the brace, but it was soft. I put my foot in and strapped it on, crawled into bed, and my heel popped up. I tried it with the wedge and the same thing happened. The brace did not hold my foot/ankle at a right angle. As a side note, the foot bed/channel is very wide, and there was no ball in the package. I returned it to Amazon for a refund.

So thankful for this splint!
I injured the nerve in my leg during a fall resulting in a bad ankle sprain and weakness causing me to roll my ankle multiple times even after physical therapy. Each time I would end up with severe heel pain and eventually was suffering from tendinitis. After constant stretching, icing, heat, therapeutic massage, etc. I finally decided to try a night splint and based on reviews I settled on this one. I'm so thankful I did! After sleeping in this 2 nights, I could walk to the bathroom in the morning with less pain. Keeping my foot in this position did cause some stiffness in my ankle for a while, but I think that's because my ankle needed to heal also and that has now improved. Each day I was a little better until I was no longer hobbling upon getting out of bed. After 5 weeks of wearing this nightly, stretching and ankle exercises before getting out of bed, I'm beginning to get my life back. I can walk with no pain at all but still have to rest as I still have some healing to do. I continue wearing this splint with one wedge and it's not uncomfortable at all, just something different to adjust to, but we'll worth it. My foot feels better in this position but gets tired when I try to hold it up so I wear it while sitting in my recliner too. Thank you for designing such a comfortable splint and a product that actually provides healing and relief.

Effective
After dealing with Plantar Fascitis for almost a year, this splint has been the single thing that has helped the most. I have 2 small problems with the splint, both probably related to my small foot (size 7). 1. the lowest strap can not be tightened tight enough to keep my foot from moving around because of the wideness of the footbed. 2. to be most effective, the middle strap should be slightly lower to strap across the ankle on the diagonal - across the heel cup. This would prevent the foot from flexing (even a little bit) within the split. Although I strap it as tightly as possible, the placement of the middle strap, combined with the looseness of the lowest strap allow my foot to slightly flex while wearing the splint. Heeling from plantar fascitis requires keeping the plantar stretches as much as possible - especially while sleeping. This has definitely helped a lot regardless of the fit issues. Sleeping comfortably is a challenge, but worth it for the pain relief. I would definitely recommend for the price.

Sizing completely wrong
After waiting all day for this after having a fractured foot I received the size small that said up to a uk 6.5 , I am a uk 5-6 as you can see it is 2-3 inches too small , I cannot get out to return the item so am really disappointed. Please make sure you order a larger size so you aren’t disappointed. As for the quality it is very good .
