First Impression is Three Stars
I just took my first dose today, and I WILL update again after two weeks. Instead of two, I decided to just take one capsule this morning on an empty stomach with water. I took it prior to leaving for work, with the intention of eating breakfast once I arrived. After about 15 minutes, I felt the intense need to vomit--including salivating. After standing up and getting out of the car to walk into work, I had a sudden and desperate need to use the restroom, and barely made it.I've had to run to the restroom twice more since getting to work 90 minutes ago.To be fair: I had coffee this morning as well. I also tried out a new protein shake upon arriving at work, which also has many of the same ingredients as these pills. I also ate a LOT yesterday, and have been constipated for the last few days.My energy has increased, though. And I certainly don't feel hungry.I also notice a headache.That's my first impression.One week update: I've lost 4.5 lbs in my first 7 days on this supplement. I've been taking one before breakfast and one before lunch every day. I use MyFitnessPal to log my calories, though I haven't stuck to my limits this week. It's helped a lot with hunger--I have much better willpower between meals. Hopefully I maintain this pace.

I love raspberry ketones I've been using them for about 2 months now and they really do help control my food intake. As far as weight loss I'm not sure if I've lost anything since I have not checked a scale but several people did ask if I lost weight while taking these! These actually have a nice taste atleast I think so ans they go down easily! I would recommend this product to everyone and I will continue taking these!

I think this stuff actually works at suppressing appetite. Im not sure on weight loss because I have no scale but I feel slimmer.

Seems to work.
Seems to help lose weight. I have not 100% confirmed this but I feel like I lose weight faster when using it.
