Great cookbook, good recipes and easy to follow

This is not a book for the home pastry maker. Some interesting info and tips but this book is really something for the pros.

Bad Seller
The packaging was in a good condition and in fact the cover package was good but the book itself was damaged so you understand that the seller sent the book like this from first and that’s not nice the book is great but seller no good…

GET IT IN YOUR COLLECTION
if your a pastry chef or just a home cook this pastry book is ideal for anyone to learn basic and advanced pastry cooking. All the recipes are very easy to follow and exact follow the recipes and you won't have any issues. As this is a professionals pastry book there isn't pretty pictures with every recipe but is a lovely centre section with alot of the finished products plated up. If you haven't seen Vol 1 before I would highly recommend finding it and buying it as Vol 1and 2 are my go to pastry books at work.

Professional point of view
This review is from the point of a chef. Decent book with good recipes. Not as comprehensive as I had hoped though and a strange layout. Overall, happy with my purchase
