I purchased this advertised as being A WATER-PROOF bag a few weeks before vacationing to Bahamas & didn't use it until I arrived just over 2 weeks ago. During its 3rd trip to the beach, I was walking about waist deep along the beach I the Ocean water around some rocks to get to a nice sandy area. I opened the bag to take out my towel, battery backup phone charger & my phone. To my surprise, there was water inside the bottom of the bag where my phone & charger were. Needless to say they were both water-logged & both FRIED! I just purchased the battery backup charger on Amazon for nearly $100 & my Samsung Note 10 Plus which I paid $1400 for (& still has a retail price of $1300) are trashed & neither are covered by warranty because of the salt water damage. When packing the bag, I lined up the seam on the top of the bag, pushed out the excess air, rolled it over 4-5 times still leaving a little slack for the straps to clip together (per instructions on the product). Since I purchased the product so far in advance of my trip (to give it a water test at home) & my phone got ruined while out of country (HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!), I couldn't even get online to request a return/refund before their "return until date" expired. This bag left me not "high & dry", but worse. Imagine being out of your home Country by yourself "on vacation", then w/o warning you lose all ability to contact anybody back home. I'm talking I my phone gallery were Pictures of all documents required for international travel (Bahamas travel health visa, Covid Vaccination card, my negative Covid test results required by the Bahamian government to be staying in their country, hotel confirmation numbers, all my flight & boarding documents, my bank cards linked to NFC payment platforms, photos of my passport, evidence of additional travel health insurance policies for "just in case", & the pictures is taken up to that point. I couldn't call or text anyone that may have been able to help me out w/ funds to at least buy a generic phone to even check if everythingI just listed were backed up to one of my many cloud accounts. So I just now got a device (to log into my account), I head back to the United States tomorrow & because of this bag am I not only screwed out of the $1400 to replace my phone & battery backup, but I won't have any idea what my business losses have accumulated up to untilI get home & get a new phone. My entire personal life & my company was on that phone. I'm just hoping my my phone was still completing its automatic cloud backups (which I doubt because my phone was on International Mobile Data Roaming from the time my flight departed from Miami International Airport until the moment THIS POS PRODUCT TURNED MY VACATION INTO A LIVING NIGHTMARE!!!

We bought this bag for a recent trip where we knew we’d be kayaking for 3ish hours. We got the 2nd smallest size which was big enough to fit our shoes, a large water bottle, small purse/wallet, two dry fit towels, and our phones. Bag was easy to use and we felt like our items were secure when we rolled up the top of the bag and clipped it. The bag didn’t end up getting submerged at any point, but it was attached to the exterior of our kayak and even with all the splashing we were doing while paddling, none of the things we had inside of the bag got wet. We would happily use this again and think it’s a useful item we could use for other water activities both on trips and at the lake.

I was pleasantly suprised at how large the inside of this bag actually is even for a 10L. It feels average to high quality in terms of the durability and puncture resistance of bag material. The strap could use a cushion on the shoulder area. I was able to submerge it past 3 feet of water without anything inside getting wet. Overall extremely satisfied with the bag, and will certainly be recommending this to others. I may even buy a second larger bag.
