I did not believe it would work. I can tell you this it does work and works well when I first put on Gold Bond diabetic cream on first then the Krama cream. When I am in pain with my legs and feet it helps so much. I will never do with out. I totally recommend this product.

It helped to loosen up sciatic discomfort in 4 days. I had been receiving chiropractic care. massage and acupuncture care, all of which were very helpful, but had one specific area that total relief of discomfort that would not go away until I added the Karma Rub to the regimen. Ordered some for my mom, who tried mine for shoulder discomfort she had been having for several days. She experienced overnight relief!

I ordered this product 3 other times and this last one is very different. It smells very strongly of the lemon, like 50 drops not 2. I’m scared to even use it, it smells so strong. Plus the color is very dark yellow, unlike before it was only a light tint. I do love this product and add it into my daily body oils. I really do highly recommend, I just hope the next one is better.

I just started to use this product for my knee and shoulder. I like that there is no smell or oily feel. I also like that it only requires a few drops and its thick enough that it stays where you apply it, giving you time to rub it in. I bought it on a recommendation of a friend who has been using it for over a year. She said it takes time to really see results. I'm going to use for a few months and see if I can get the same results as she has gotten. I do think it has helped with the pain and stiffness. After I reorder I'll report my results.

My Dr recommended I take a magnesium supplement to help with heart palpitations. I first tried an ingestible supplement & didn't really like having to take 3 large pills daily. I went to try a flotation tank & the owner of the spa recommended this absorbable one to me. I LOVE it! Absorbs easily & doesn't stain - and helped with my heart palpitations.

I know that magnesium helps leg cramps, but when you use just 2 drops of this stuff and rub it on the muscle that is cramping, the cramp disappears. I take a stantin for LDL cholesterol and the side effect is leg cramps. That's why I bought Karma Rub as the magnesium aborbs directly into the skin and relieves the cramp......nice.

I mix this with lotion, as per the directions on the bottle, and rub on my feet and legs before bed. It definitely calms them so that I can get a good nights sleep. It also works well for sore muscles!

This product did nothing to help my restless legs. I wasvery disappointed.

I hurt my leg in an accident and this has helped no end, love it and will definitely buy again, makes ligament aches and pains so much more manageable.

Been using this everyday for 4 weeks and the aching in my knees has reduced greatly. Don't think you'll put this on once and it'll work straight away, you need to get into a routine with it and perciveer but it's worth it for the result.It takes a couple of minutes to dry so don't get putting your clothes straight on.The bottle lasts a really long time aswell and that's using it generously.
