Q: I’ve got my pillow, but I ordered it filled? What do I do as it isn’t filled

On purchasing the pillow you get an option of filled or not filled, this reflects on the price. So You may not have selected the filled option. These are my only thoughts as i am just a customer like yourself! I hope this helps. If in doubt you could contact the supplier.
