I read the reviews: and there is some truth to some complaints. Mainly the length of the hoses and finding a way to run them without kinks. Being forewarned about this, installation was easier. The product is good at a very reasonable price. The appearance is great. My advice to the manufacturer is to supply better quality water supply lines and make them shorter. Otherwise it is a great product.

This antique brass widespread bathroom faucet looks stunning in my bathroom and feels very solid. Great looking sink. We had a similar model that we purchased when we redid our bathroom. Spent a fortune on a Moen. BIG waste of money. It never worked right. I finally had enough and bout this one on Amazon-- took a risk but well worth it. I installed it myself, so here are my comments. Good thing I know what I am doing because the instructions are terrible. Way too small and not descriptive enough. Also-- the water hoses that go from the hot and cold to the main inlet are too small and a little cheap. Home Depot fixed that for about $14. I got two longer, better quality hoses. The faucet itself is really nice. works well and definitely not cheaply made. It should last for years. Good value for the money.

I had a leaking issue with the hot water cartridge on my faucet. I contacted customer service about this problem via email. The customer service representative was very responsive. I provided a video of the leak. She walked me through troubleshooting procedures. The gotonovo representative determined that I needed a replacement cartridge. They offered to ship a replacement cartridge to me for the shipping charge only.

I bought two of these last year for my bathroom renovation. And when you turn on the water, which I use one of the sinks morning and night, there is a rusty tinge. The other sink that is not used very often, spouts a huge amount of rust when it’s turned on. I also have a shower and tub that do not have the same problem. I have had the contractor out to look at the pipes and the connections, which were all replaced when the bathroom was redone. After a visit from him as well as the plumber, it was determined that there is something in the faucet itself, that holds rust. To replace them, it will mean, taking out the sinks. Although they look lovely, I don’t really want to brush my teeth with Rusty water! Disappointing to say the least! One other note, I bought the same faucet in a larger size for my bathtub, and it does not have the same problem.

I like the faucet, it looks high quality, feels like its not cheap... good value for money. Also the lines it comes with are really nice, and made the install a breeze. BUT Buddy... if you're not pretty handy, installing this thing is complicated. the bit that attaches the sink to the drain is of a really weird size... much much larger than any I have ever seen. The pro at my local hardware store said he'd never seen anything like it either. Also, the rubber gaskets that come with it to set it up are -not- adequate... The large size of the base and the cheap gaskets are a recipe for disaster. I had to do LOTS of work to get all of this mess to seal up. THEN, one of my faucets (i ordered 2 sets of these) had a leak in the water line connector that wasn't soldered correctly from the factory. Luckily I have the tools on hand to fix this... otherwise you'd have been calling a plumber to sweat the fitting on the line correctly. The thing was misting out water. Had I not really been paying attention, I'd have had a flood on my hands. So, in closing... I like the product, but be weary. There might be more work to do than you think.

Positiv möchte ich das schöne Design erwähnen, das in matten, gebürsteten Messing ein Hingucker ist. Leider wurden bei mir Anschluss-Schläuche aus der Druckluift-Technik mitgesendet, die keine genormten Zoll-Gewinde für Wasseranschlüsse haben. Habe auch unterschliedliche Zoll Adapter besorgt aber das Maß liegt etwas über 3/8 Zoll und unter 1/4 Zoll. Den Hersteller habe ich direkt angeschrieben aber nach einigem Hin- und her war auch kein Umtausch mehr möglich, daher habe ich nun M10 Panzer-Flex-Schläuche selbst besorgt. Obwohl es öfter in der Beschreibung angeführt ist, möchte ich nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass nicht beide Ventile im Uhrzeigersinn "rechts" schließen. Wenn man das möchte, dann bitte mit dem Verkäufer Kontakt aufnehmen -wie beschrieben- Der Ausgang der Ventile (Drehregler) wird mit einem nicht genormten Schnappverschluss geliefert, was eine individuelle Leitungsführung leider nicht möglich macht. Man ist also gezwungen, den mitgelieferten Y-Schlauch zu verwenden. Die genauen Maße und Loch-Abstände sind aber ordentlich in der Bescheibung angeführt.

When this faucet first arrived, although the finish seemed pretty artificial, and the spout was welded crookedly on to the base of the spout, I went ahead and had my contractor install it based on the price I paid. After a couple of months, it started dripping. I determined it's an issue with the cartridge in the hot water faucet. It's not a cartridge you can simply purchase from your local home depot, it's some custom size. I reached out for support, and they claimed to have no record of me purchasing the faucet, nor were they willing to help - yet here I am writing a review because I purchased. Would not recommend based on quality and poor customer support. Now I need to purchase another faucet and pay my plumber to remove the old one and re-install.

Leakage appeared after 1 year of purchase as one of the valve is not well closing. I contacted the seller who requested to contact the manufacture. The manufacturer refused to send replacement and requested to contact the seller (3rd party that is not supposed to sell this product according to the manufacturer!). Amazon can’t do anything and the seller is not taking his responsibility. My advice get the product directly from gotonovo to make sure to have a lifetime limited warranty.
